Pros:

Le site est beau.

Cons:

Pour le prix de la chambre. Ça ne vaut pas le prix.Je suis aller au petit manoir la nuit avant et je trouve sa un peu mieux. La facture de la chambre était à moin que la moitié du prix.Le billard est gratuit alors que le manoir est payant. Le SPA équivaut a la piscine chauffé extérieur. La chambre était plus grande et les lits étaient Queen plutôt que double.La température de la chambre était un peu écrasante et j’ai jamais pus baisser la température. Donc,note global le manoir 6/10 et le petit manoir 9/10.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Service royal A1. Seul hic piscine intérieure trop froide. Impossible de s'y baigner avec un jeune enfant. J'adore l'eau chaude. Comme les portes s'ouvrent souvent vers l'extérieur l'eau de la piscine n'est pas assez chaude. Ça prendrait au moins 88 pour être confortable. Très déçue de cet aspect. Même les filles ( 5 et 9 ans) ressortaient en frissonnant.

Wonderful, grand hotel in a beautiful setting, could improve guest experience with more consistency
Pros:

Building, facilities, location, views, cleanliness are all very good to superb. The bar had excellent live music on Friday and Saturday night. The rooms, beds and linens are all very nice.

Cons:

The staffing seemed very erratic, varying from people providing excellent, fast service, to people literally wandering in circles (when the large bar area was extremely busy). The maid offered to make up the room at 9:30am on Saturday morning, but when I said I wasn’t quite ready to leave the room, left left and didn’t come back until I called housekeeping at 5:30pm. The hotel was extremely busy with many groups, and while this gave a fun atmosphere, some of the facilities and staff seemed overstretched. Much of the communication from the hotel was uniquely in French and the check-in also happened in French, in spite of me obviously being Anglophone. Some staff gave perfect bilingual service, but the hotel in spite of being a Fairmont seems almost uniligual. This doesn’t bother me, but I find it interesting, given that I had just come from a very small hotel in Quebec City that had provided absolutely superb bilingual service and had communicated with me in perfect clear English in all texts and emails. The hotel provides Alexa in all the rooms which doesn’t really work properly and is just frustrating (good clock though). Some of the information functions through the television are all non-functioning. Why try to provide them if they don’t smoothly and consistently work. Our room key card/ lock/ latch was temperamental.

Pros:

Vue sur le st Laurent exceptionnelle et un personnel absolument adorable, très sourient, gentil et serviable. L'hôtel et les extérieur ainsi que les nombreuses activités proposées pour grands et petits sont incroyables !

Cons:

en revanche attention sur les restaurants où nous avons toujours eu pas mal d'attente avant d'être installés malgré nos réservations (environs 30 min) et le terrain de tennis est en plastique ... surfaces très particulière et assez peu adaptée pour des amateurs de tennis.

Beau, très bons restaurants mais la chambre trop cher pour rien
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement gentil. Les restaurants du Fairmont sont excellents.
Le casino est une bonne incidence pour aller au Fairmont à Charlevoix, sans le casino nous irions ailleurs au club Med à la Malbaie par exemple.

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre.
Je dois admettre que notre déception est uniquement pour la chambre. A ce prix, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.
