Le service aux chambres était impeccable

Cons:

C’est décevant pour un hôtel avec une clef Michelin. J’avais demandé bien à l’avance l’installation d’un lit d’appoint et cela n’avait pas été fait. En appelant le service royal, on m’informe qu’il n’y a plus de lit d’appoint. Ensuite, nous arrivons à la chambre et il n’y a pas de peignoir. La salle de bain avait des tâches de dentifrice sur les murs. Ce n’est pas ce que je m’attendais pour une expérience qui m’a coûté 650$ la nuitée… En plus le stationnement n’était pas évident à trouver. Il nous a fallu transporter nos valises dans la bouette et la neige car les chemins n’étaient pas non plus dégagées.

Signal TV qui était absent au moins 2 heures et wi fi qui débarque souvent, il faut se reconnecter souvent.

Tout était parfait. Service royal A1. Seul hic piscine intérieure trop froide. Impossible de s'y baigner avec un jeune enfant. J'adore l'eau chaude. Comme les portes s'ouvrent souvent vers l'extérieur l'eau de la piscine n'est pas assez chaude. Ça prendrait au moins 88 pour être confortable. Très déçue de cet aspect. Même les filles ( 5 et 9 ans) ressortaient en frissonnant.

Le site est beau.

Cons:

Pour le prix de la chambre. Ça ne vaut pas le prix.Je suis aller au petit manoir la nuit avant et je trouve sa un peu mieux. La facture de la chambre était à moin que la moitié du prix.Le billard est gratuit alors que le manoir est payant. Le SPA équivaut a la piscine chauffé extérieur. La chambre était plus grande et les lits étaient Queen plutôt que double.La température de la chambre était un peu écrasante et j’ai jamais pus baisser la température. Donc,note global le manoir 6/10 et le petit manoir 9/10.
