Il bagno è vecchio stile, la vasca con la tenda non si può vedere in un 5 stelle. Non c'era nemmeno uno sgabello per appoggiare gli asciugamani e per appenderli accanto...
This place is truly heavenly! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River. The views alone made the stay feel special.
There was so much for the whole family to enjoy. The activities were amazing, and the kids especially loved the video game room. The tennis courts and pool were also great, giving everyone plenty to do without even needing to leave the resort.
My only concern is the value for the price. Given the cost of the rooms, I feel that some complimentary meals or meal credits should be included, especially for families staying at the resort. That would make the overall experience feel much more worthwhile.
Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway with beautiful scenery, excellent activities, and a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Mi habitación no tenía apenas luz natural ni artificial. Por otra parte, la música en directo por las noches genera bastante cacofonia porque se oye desde casi todos lados, se mezcla con otra música. Se echa en falta ambiente relajado y sin jaleo

Trop cher pour ce que c'est réellement.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Il y a un sentier pour aller marcher en forêt qui est super afin de pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de tout.
La vue sur le fleuve est superbe. Les piscines intérieures et extérieures sont bien adaptées pour la famille.
L’emplacement, le personnel du restaurant du bas et de la piscine ainsi que le spa chauffée dehors.
Hôtel qui fait vétuste, moquette vraiment tachée dans les communs, chambre vraiment vieillissante et literie trop petite dans les chambres familiales deluxe. Dans la salle de bain, baignoire presque bouchée et wc bouchée à 2 reprises. Bref, sur 15 jours de voyage au Canada, c’était l’hôtel le moins bien et le plus cher…
