Very comfortable stay and great alternative to staying in Boston

Pros:

Nice location.

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned prior to booking. Very small restaurant, have to wait for the buffet for more than 20 minutes. Coffee available while waiting but they were all empty! My advice is to eat out; unfortunately, we already purchased the room with breakfast. I highly advise against that given the great location of the hotel; there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

We took the high floor option and got the side with a huge construction site for the view. They most likely favor direct reservations over booking.com ones.

It was fine and I felt safe as a single traveler. The amenities could have been way better. The check in experience was

The location. It was clean enough. It was quiet. I liked the valet option.

Cons:

The make-shift front desk, the construction and the dining options. I also could not get an itemized bill because I booked with a third party so as a business traveler I needed an itemized receipt. This has caused such a problem for me that I probably wont stay there again.
