Amazing we loved Madrid because of the hotel
Pros:

It’s very convenient in locations
Rooms are clean and nice the hotel it self was a nice one
What made the big difference is the staff they provided a very good service direction we felt like home specially with alena big shout out for her

Excelente volveria
Pros:

Desde la atencion en el mostrador, las habitaciones excelentes muy comodas, muy limpio, el baño la ducha y los materiales en excelente estado.
No probamos el desayuno,para la proxima lo probaremos. La zona muy centrica, agradable y tranquila.

We would stay here again and again!
Pros:

I wish all our stays hod such comfortable beds and included a breakfast like Vincci Centrum provides! Not to mention the great service, perfect location, curtains that actually make the room dark, and the amazing view from our terrace. Even though our room was street facing, it was quiet. We loved being able to walk to everything so easily and I really do miss the amazing breakfast options.

We rested well since the rooms and the service are really good!
Pros:

So far the most value for money among the hotels we stayed in Madrid on our second visit! We like the rooms and the toilets, the balcony is a plus. And the room has good sound proofing!

Perfection. Worth every penny.
Pros:

First of all the location is amazing, right in the center, the neighborhood itself is so lively and cute. The hotel is very beautiful, very clean, well maintained, the windows come in two layers so you barely hear the noise from outside, super comfy beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In general, it was so nice coming back to the hotel after a long day touring the city and it felt equally nice waking up in it and getting ready for a full day of touring.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than the impression it gives when booking. But it's not bad at all, we could easily manage. However, it would have been more comfortable if the room was a bit bigger.
