Pros:

Camera nuova e ben curata, bagno spazioso. Posizione centralissima, si può girare a piedi tutta la città ma senza avere i rumori della Gran Via. Struttura carina nel complesso in linea con i prezzi della zona centrale. Staff reception molto cordiale

Cons:

Unica pecca la colazione un pochino troppo b&b per il prezzo richiesto e personale un po’ poco attento

L’albergo ha superato le mie aspettative. Personale estremamente accogliente e disponibile, location davvero top. Le camere sono molto silenziose, aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente. Letto grande e molto comodo, bagno moderno con doccia spaziosa. Colazione abbondante e varia, adatta a tutti i gusti, servita in un ambiente raffinato, contemporaneo e molto curato. Esperienza davvero molto piacevole e struttura che consiglio volentieri.

Cons:

Nel bagno non è presente il bidet, dettaglio che per chi arriva dall’Italia può incidere un po’ sul comfort

The staff were very polite, and the property is in an excellent location—Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and Retiro Park are all within a 15–30 minute walk, which is ideal. On top of that, the price is definitely worth it, and everything is very affordable.

They also surprised me for my birthday—a gift was waiting for me in the room, which made my stay even more special.

We had two rooms booked, and my sister, who stayed in the other room, was allowed a late check-out free of charge.

The reception staff offered help with anything we needed and were always available.

If it had been more expensive, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this property, so I was really pleased with the price as well.

I am truly very satisfied, and every next time I come, this will be my choice!
