Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones, servicios y lo mejor de destacar todo el personal del Hotel . Desde los recepcionistas, la atención del desayuno y la excelente comida. Si vuelvo a Madrid lo tendré como prioridad de alojamiento.

Very nice stay, super nice staff, excellent location, amazing breakfast!
Pros:

One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The room is small but very comfortable and stylish, with a super-comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The staff are lovely, and the restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices.

Pros:

La posizione è proprio strategica con facilità di raggiungere i punti più attrattivi della città a piedi in pochi minuti o con le linee metropolitane a ridosso dell'albergo. La colazione, sia dolce che salata, è fatta con prodotti di ottima qualità e in ogni momento le quantità più che sufficienti. La camera da letto, anche se di dimensioni contenute è risultata comoda e funzionale.

Central, clean, insanely expensive for the ridiculous room size
Pros:

It was central clean and staff were fine

Cons:

The room was incredibly expensive in its own right but when we found ourselves in a space slightly larger than a walk in wardrobe it was a bit of a shock
