I felt welcome and cared for at Vincci Centrum and will be back, as will my fiancé who will be in Madrid in the spring
Pros:

The staff was superb. I felt pampered! Great location abd staff always helped me find my way.

Cons:

The inside room was a bit different. But let me sleep which I needed!

ogólnie: jestem bardzo zadowolony z hotelu, w tym również z uprzejmości personelu.
