⭐ Disappointing experience – concerns about privacy and unequal treatment
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the way I was treated at the reception desk.
I clearly noticed a difference in how guests were treated. Some customers were not asked to provide their bank card details, while I was specifically required to do so, even though my reservation had already been confirmed and the hotel already had my card information through the booking platform.
What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the receptionist (the blonde employee), who insisted on requesting additional bank card information despite the booking conditions stating that such sensitive details should not be disclosed.
As an international traveler, I believe that respecting guests’ financial privacy and treating all customers equally are basic standards for any professional hotel. Therefore, this experience was particularly disappointing.
I sincerely hope that the hotel management reviews this incident and takes the necessary steps to ensure:
• respect for guests’ financial data privacy
• equal treatment of all guests
• a higher level of professionalism at the recept

Lamentablemente mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa debido a la forma en que fui tratado en la recepción.
Observé claramente una diferencia en el trato entre los huéspedes. A algunos clientes no se les pidió ningún dato de su tarjeta bancaria, mientras que a mí sí me exigieron esta información, a pesar de que mi reserva ya estaba confirmada y el hotel ya disponía de mis datos bancarios a través de la plataforma de reserva.
Lo más preocupante fue la actitud poco profesional y arrogante de la recepcionista (la empleada rubia), quien insistió en solicitar información adicional de mi tarjeta bancaria, incluso cuando las propias condiciones de la reserva indican que no se deben compartir este tipo de datos sensibles.
Como viajero internacional, considero que el respeto a la privacidad de los datos financieros y la igualdad en el trato a los clientes son principios básicos en cualquier hotel profesional. Por esta razón, esta experiencia resultó especialmente decepcionante.
Espero que la dirección del hotel revise esta situación y tome las medidas necesarias para garantizar:
• el respeto a la privacidad de los datos financieros de los clientes
• un trato igualitario para todos los huéspedes
• un mayor nivel de profesionalidad en la rec
