Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Generally clean rooms reported, but there are occasional lapses (missing or worn towels, a report of ants in a room) so cleanliness is slightly below the hotel average.
Service
8.6
Consistently praised staff: friendly, attentive and multilingual reception; many guests specifically highlight helpfulness and warm treatment.
Location
8.1
Good for car access — easy parking and tram access mentioned — though a few guests noted it feels a bit far from the city centre depending on plans.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed comments: comfortable beds but several mentions of small rooms and compact/bunk-like bathrooms and some uncomfortable pillows, so room quality is somewhat below average.
Amenities
8.3
Positive notes on practical amenities: free/ample parking, EV charging, pet-friendly policy and basic breakfast offerings; overall amenities are a strong point.
Value for Money
8.6
Many guests explicitly praise the hotel as good value/price-quality; frequent comments that the hotel offers solid value for money.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast and buffet receive multiple positive mentions ('bon buffet', 'desayuno está muy bien') with no major negative trends reported.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall guest experience is positive with several glowing headlines ('Fenomenal', 'Todo genial') though occasional small issues (noise, room size, minor cleanliness lapses) temper perfection.
