Schön und entspannend. Tolle Mitarbeiter*innen.
Pros:

Der Pool und die Sauna mit Blick auf den kleinen See waren toll. Verschiedene Saunen zur Auswahl. Sehr ansprechende Ausstattung der öffentlichen Räume. Eigener Parkplatz. Leihfahrräder zu guten Preisen. Terrasse vom Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage am Park ist super für einen kleinen Spaziergang oder eine Runde mit dem Fahrrad. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt von Utrecht ist auch top.

Cons:

Straße je nach Lage des Zimmers recht laut. Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht und einen Raum im letzten Gebäude bekommen, wo ich mehr vom rechts angrenzenden Parkplatz gesehen habe als vom See und mich außerdem sehr isoliert gefühlt habe. (Ich durfte das Zimmer tauschen und hatte dann einen deutlich schöneren Ausblick!)
Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr vegane Optionen beim Frühstück gewünscht.
Die Handtücher im Zimmer und am Pool sind für kräftigere Menschen wie mich viel zu klein. Am Pool wären Schlappen toll gewesen. Dafür hätte ich auch gerne extra gezahlt.

Sehr nettes Personal.
Die Lage ist super. Da etwas außerhalb, war es relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Durchsichtige Tür zum Bad.
Wir haben zur Straße gewohnt ,da konnte man keine Fenster offen lassen.

Quiet comfortable stay

Bon 4 étoiles qui garantit une bonne qualité de service. Un peu cher sur certains aspects.
Pros:

Un standing conforme à un 4 étoiles de cette catégorie : efficacité, confort, sécurité.
Très bon déjeuner. Elément hors norme: une IA vous contacte par Whatsapp pour savoir si vous avez des questions ou une demande particulière. Lors de la discussion écrite avec l'IA, nous avons informé que nous arrivions avec un chien et à notre arrivée, une couchette, une gamelle et des friandises pour le chien étaient disponibles dans la chambre.

Cons:

Seul bémol dans un tableau plutôt satisfaisant : le repas du soir à la brasserie était un peu décevant.
Animal de compagnie non accepté dans le restaurant, mais uniquement à la brasserie, y compris pour le déjeuner.

Immer wieder, besonders für Radfahrer, sonst ist es bis zu Stadtmitte zu weit.
Pros:

Überdachter Abstellplatz für Fahrradträger, der abschließbar und mit Steckdosen ausgestattet war👍🏼
