Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf; een mooie en vernieuwde kamer in een prachtige omgeving.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en gedienstig.
Ik was onwel geworden, de manager en personeel stonden direct klaar om me te helpen.
Dagen nadien vroegen ze me hoe het met me ging. Dit vond ik zeer attent!!

Insgesamt war ich vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte auf alle Fragen eine klärende Antwort geben. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist ruhig gelegen und man hat gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich finde es nicht fair, dass man erst nach der Buchung (Bestätigungs-E-Mail) darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird, dass Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt werden. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht. Eine Stornierungsmöglichkeit hatte ich aufgrund der kurzfristigen Buchung nicht mehr.
Am Morgen musste man sich zwischen Maschinen, Handwerkern und Staub zum Frühstück durchschlagen. Die Renovierung ist aber auch notwendig. Leider habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, dass einen abgewohnten Eindruck machte. Nur das Badezimmer hat wohl schon ein freshup bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, was bei Außentemperaturen von 5 °C nicht angenehm ist, da der Raum auch ausgekühlt war.
Ansonsten ist die Zimmerausstattung eher spartanisch. Die Fotos die gezeigt werden vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck als die Realität.

Schöne Lage aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht
Pros:

Die Lage am Wasser ist sehr schön, v.a. wenn man morgens im Restaurant frühstückt. Das Frühstück ist gut aber etwas teuer.

Cons:

Insgesamt stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Bei 250€ pro Nacht zzgl. 15€ um auf relativ kleinen Parkplätzen zu parken kann man leider vielem nicht verziehen. Weder das Badezimmer noch der Schlafbereich sind einem solchen Preis gerecht. Außerdem gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch auf dem Flur. Die Dusche war undicht und die Wassertemperatur schwankte während des Duschens. Für 100€ weniger pro Nacht könnte man hier dezent übernachten.
