The hotel is located downtown across the street from Olympic Park. Walking distance to everything. It is clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good.

Stayed with my husband and two kids. Everyone had a wonderful time. The hotel provided a complimentary afternoon snack that was great. The breakfast bar was also nice. The omelet station was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location for a work conference at the Georgia World Congress Center with easy access to the walking paths of Centennial Olympic and Skyview. In fact, all rooms facing Park Ave W will have a beautiful view of it.

Hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Stacey G and Rashawn were the light of my morning everyday as I came down to enjoy the included breakfast (complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal + toppings, grits + toppings, assorted cereals and baked goods, as well as coffee and juices.) Each member of the front desk was helpful and the hotel security couldn’t have been friendlier.

I felt safe here and enjoyed the fact all rooms open up to the atrium, which is so much better than a dark hallway (coming from a solo female traveler.) Sounds of waterfalls barely enter the suites, just enough to create an ambiance while sitting at my in-room desk getting work done. The bedrooms can be closed off and are otherwise silent, which is accommodating for people who prefer not to hear the relaxing sounds in the atrium distance.

Bed was clean and comfy, bath was clean and stocked, fridge and microwave had been detailed prior to my arrival as well. The valet and drop off area is covered (perfect for bad weather days.)

I really have zero complaints or negative things to say about my stay here. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Atlanta.

Johnson and the staff were amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We felt like we were staying with family.

Our stay at Embassy Suites in Atlanta could have easily been remembered as a total travel nightmare… but because of Lucas and Ben, it turned into something completely different.

We arrived after what can only be described as a disastrous travel itinerary — delays, exhaustion, stress, and everything that could possibly go wrong. By the time we walked through the doors, we were worn down and overwhelmed. And then we met Lucas and Ben.

From the very first interaction, they didn’t just “do their jobs” — they truly cared. They went above and beyond in every possible way. They were calm when we were frazzled, patient when we were exhausted, and proactive in solving problems before we even had to ask. Their kindness wasn’t transactional — it was genuine.

In the hospitality world, service makes all the difference — and Lucas and Ben are the reason this was the best place we could have stayed. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it was their excellent service, attention to detail, and heart for people that completely changed our experience.

When travel falls apart, you remember the people who step in and make it better. We will absolutely stay here again — not just because of the location or amenities, but because of the incredible humans who work there.

Lucas and Ben, thank you for turning a stressful situation into one filled with relief and gratitude. You made a lasting impression on our family, and we are so thankful for you.
