The location was perfect for whywe where there.

Cons:

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a King and got a room with2 very small beds instead. When I let the front desk know all they said was they sold out of King rooms. That's why I booked ahead, so I could get a King one bedroom. Instead we had to sleep In separate beds.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Even the valet staff were personable. Breakfast was delicious and catered to all dietary needs.

Cons:

For the hotel to be so big, it seems like they need more elevators.

Property entrance difficult to locate for us who are from out of state. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm. F

The could have served more than chips and salsa for dinner.

It is nice the property. It has a very good breakfast. Omelette excellent. It also a nice happy hour in the afternoon

Cons:

The lady at reception wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t gave a room that we asked for far from elevator although the hotel was huge and looked quite empty. She lied when we asked for another room. Also never mentioned about complimentary happy hour. Fortunately other employees were helpful. Also at checkout they were charging more than what booked thru Booking
