Pros:

From when you arrive to checkout, all staff were friendly and attentive - this includes valet staff, front desk, staff who worked for serving and cleaning breakfast, and housekeeping when we were leaving!

Close to the Aquarium, Within walking distance to a lot of local thing. The Breakfast was good. The Complementary snack in the evening was good. The staff was very Kind and Helpful in looking up addresses for me to local eatery's.

Cons:

The Valet was different, Price on Booking says $55. But was charged $60 per night and they parked my rental in the public parking? The Pillows were thin. And the cleaners only made one bed and did not fill the Coffee, Creamer or Sugar and left 3 cups and no lids. Only had enough towels for 3 people when the room was booked for 4. Read reviews about being able to watch the fireworks from the roof which we could not see from the trees.

I got double charged by booking and the hotel while during FIFA rate is very high. Only once I checked the transaction realize this. Do make sure you double check your transaction record.

The proximity to the aquarium.

Cons:

The free breakfast was terrible lacking good selection, the fruits were not replenished the muffins were soggy. I wouldn't do breakfast again. The common bathrooms were dirty.
