A nightmare ending
Pros:

The food

Cons:

I booked before hand and paid. According to them they didn’t receive the payment I had made through Booking and refused to allow me to leave unless I paid in full again. I showed them all my receipts from Booking and from Paypal, but they refused to listen. So I ended up paying twice for the same stay. This was dishonest and disrespectful.

Séjour agréable avec un joli levé de soleil
Pros:

La chambre était agréable et bien aménagé. Le lit était très confortable et la vue très belle depuis le 3e étage.

Beautiful Hotel near Lake Naivasha with great food & amenities.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and well organised. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The buffet breakfast is worth praising. The staff were very cooperative and well behaved. The rooms have many amenities like Lake View, 24 hours Hot Water, Electric Kettles, Laundry Service on Request etc.
The location is very good. Walking distance from where the boating at Lake Naivasha starts. The rooftop Lounge has a nice environment with Lake View. The Hotel helped us arrange transport for pickup from Amboseli National Park and then drop to Masai Mara. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

The rooms have Wifi but the wifi network and connectivity could be a little better. Overall, a very enjoyable stay near Lake Naivasha.

Pros:

Des chambres confortables, belle salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner (choix sur une liste).

Cons:

L’eau chaude très aléatoire ; vue sur le lac de très loin ; difficulté à trouver l’adresse suite à une adresse peu précise ; emplacement sur une route passante (aucun commerce ou restaurant à proximité, nécessité de reprendre la voiture)
