Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал, отличное расположение в курортной зоне рядом с термами, итальянский ресторан в здании

Cons:

Было бы хорошо иметь чайник в номере и местами было прохладно, но возможно я не разобрался с батареями

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage am Naheufer und im Kurgebiet. Im Hause ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser.

Cons:

Einen Aufenthaltsraum nach 18 Uhr gibt es nicht

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück sehr gut, Lage sehr gut (zur Innenstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß), wunderschöner Panoramablick (wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick zur Nahe). Mehrere Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung vorhanden, ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt im Hause.

Cons:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel.
Ein von uns erneut gebuchtes Deluxe-Zimmer war gegenüber dem von uns beim ersten Aufenthalt gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmer zum selben Preis überraschend kleiner.
Die Dusche im kleinen Bad ist sehr beengt, Handtuchhalter zum Trocknen fehlten, die Toilette verströmte zeitweilig einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Würde ich empfehlen und erneut anreisen.
Pros:

Die Lage war prima. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen und im Haus war es angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Kopfkissen war individuell zu hoch.

Mooi hotel in centrum Bad Kreuznach vlakbij het spa en aan de rivier.
Pros:

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Bad Kreuznach. Mooi uitzicht over de rivier. Vriendelijke en vrolijke receptionist bij het ontbijt. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij aankomst op zondag om circa 4 uur was receptie gesloten, en kon je alleen via intercom communiceren.
Parkeren was totaal onmogelijk omdat er in het nabijgelegen park ook nog een feest gaande was. Uiteindelijk in parkeergarage geparkeerd voor € 18.
