Perfekt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns der Empfang bei der Ankunft. Der Rezeptionist David hat sich Zeit genommen, uns einige Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte zu zeigen, die wir unbedingt anschauen sollten. Diese Tipps haben uns sehr gefreut und unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Liebe Ikram, ich kann nur sagen, dass der Service, den Sie uns beim Check-in geboten haben, sowie Ihre herzliche und aufmerksame Art gegenüber jedem einzelnen Gast uns von Anfang an sehr beeindruckt haben. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.
Auch das Abendessen in Ihrem Restaurant war hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den großartigen Service von Donatella, die mit ihrer Professionalität und Freundlichkeit den Abend zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat.
Ihr gesamtes Team ist einfach hervorragend – hochmotiviert, professionell und mit einer spürbaren Leidenschaft dafür, jedem Gast einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.

Gem of a hotel
Pros:

Good location. Rooms very well equipped, gowns, slippers, hairdryer (Dyson!), even hair straighteners. Tea, coffee and water. Also Netflix so able to watch English tv.
Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and efficient. Great restaurant and good location to explore on foot

Cons:

Everything was good. Nothing to 'not like'.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel bien équipé et idéalement placé.
Pros:

Hôtel en plein centre ville mais dans rue calme permettant de ne pas être dérangé par le bruit.
Excellente literie et chambres très propres.
Bon service au restaurant du rdc pour petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou cocktails.

A 5 star stay in sunny Valencia
Pros:

The hotel is really top class and more than a 4 star. The staff are exceptional in every way with Daniel on the front desk and Sara in the restaurant being very praiseworthy for their help and assistance. The hotel is very clean, quiet, comfortable and with excellent room facilities. It was a pleasure to be in an hotel with such an excellent atmosphere, bar and great food. It is also in a super location within the old city and hence easy to walk to many of the attractions. We have visited Valencia many times and this hotel was stand out for us and is now a first choice for our next visit.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Die Lage ist perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar, ebenso Bus (z. B. zum Meer) und Metro (z. B. zum Flughafen).
Durchdachte, moderne Zimmerausstattung.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Ganze Hotel und auch Zimmer recht beengt.
Bei großem Andrang beim Frühstück längere Wartezeiten (über Viertelstunde) auf das bestellte Essen (wie z. B. Rührei).
