Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal zwischen Bahnhof und Rosengarten. Etwas laut.
Die Dusche war total defekt, praktisch nicht einstellbar sowohl an und aus als auch warm/kalt. Die Dusche liess sich nicht aus machen. Zum Glück kam der Klempner, der die ganze Duschanlage erneuern musste.
Duschgel in kleinen säckchen, schwer aufzureißen. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Die Lage. Das Bad war groß genug.

Pros:

Staff and the location.

Cons:

- The room was dirty and half destroyed.
- There is no AC and the smoke detector is ripped out of the cieling
- even tho it is still cold outside -1* nights, you only get one thin blanket and a pillow so thin you can't even use it for resting your head.
- Bathroom ceiling and wall is full of mold, and the glass shelf over the sink is really dirty, not washed for ages.
- the night cabinet next to your bed also hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long, it was all dirty and sticky from previous guests.
- the cover from a chandelier is somehow missing so the lightbuls are sticking out.
- the wall over your head next to bed is all dirty, idk what people did to it to look so bad.
- hot water needs fixing
- and closing the shower door is more like a puzzle than door.
- overall everything needs a deep clean and replacing the items that wear off fast.
- I usually book hotels within this price range 60€+ and for this price I have never seen such a bad room.
Even some 20€rooms off season have better facilities and are cleaner.
