Not too bad likely to book elsewhere next time at that price point.
Pros:

Location and staff fantastic. Rooms are dated but clean.

Rooftop terrace is great! Awesome views over the main beach if it had umbrellas it would be perfect.

Cons:

There is a small bathroom in reception that constantly had the door open and smelt when stepping out of elevator

Kitchen was serviceable although missing some essential items to cook with - tongs or spatula.

We thought we had booked an ocean view but ended up looking over the Air conditioners. So beware when booking as pictures are a little misleading - read the descriptions

dicht bij het strand

Cons:

je zit niet in het hoofdgebouw , maar in een flatgebouw daarachter. dus geen rechtstreeks contact bij het hotel, dakterras niet laat beschikbaar. er waren twee tv's in ons appartement, die in de keuken daar werkte netflix , maar het geluid niet, die in de slaapkamer, daar werkte netflix niet. tweemaal gemeld zonder resultaat. ook na 20u 2x voorgehad dat er geen warm water was en we dus niet konden douchen, ook gemeld, geen oplossing er ging iemand naar kijken terwijl we weg waren, savonds dus alweer geen warm water, volgende ochtend bij uitchecken nogmaals gaan vragen dat we toch graag wouden douchen voor vertrek, ze gingen iemand sturen, uiteindelijk op 10 min voor uitchecken snel een douche kunnen nemen.

Pros:

Struttura molto curata in tutti i particolari, di nuova costruzione. Avevamo tutto quello che ci occorreva. I bambini sono stati molto bene. ottimo il terrazzo la pulizia e la dimensione degli spazi. Letti comodi, due bagni a disposizione. Posizione strategica con parcheggio all'interno.

Cons:

l'appartamento era al quarto piano e i lavori per l'ascensore ancora non erano completi. Per bagagli e spesa non è stato affatto facile. Non ho apprezzato il panorama dall'appartamento che purtroppo non aveva vista mare.
