Dirty hallways, cockroaches in room and bed cover was paper thin (no blanket).
The customer service was great!!
The hotel is pure filth!! Disgusting!! It smells bad #1, cockroaches running around all over the place. And to top it off, there aren't any standards for the guest. The neighbor to my room was up all night partying or whatever,but they were loud!!

There was a bad smell in the bathroom area, there was no soap for bathing.
It was close to the freeway
It smelled like pee the moment you walked in to the hotel. The room was dirty, not cleaned and found am old dirty towel in the bathroom
I booked through booking.com, when I arrived to check in at 1am the front desk told me that their system was down. She said she would be able to check me in after 3am. I had been driving for 15 hours so that was unfortunate to not be able to get checked in. I am still waiting on my refund of $111
The bed and pillows were amazing.
Received wrong room key 2 times, someone was already staying there the man that has been there 6 months already. There was only coffee for breakfast. The building smelled bad.
