We will charge a 1-night deposit of room and tax charges at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable if canceled or reservation arrival date is changed within 14 days of originally confirmed arrival date. We accept changes to arrival date free of penalty outside of the 14-day cancellation window. Pros:

Beautiful, very large King suite with a couch and sitting area. Front desk employee (I think her name was Dina or Deanna) absolutely lovely, kind and friendly. Great experience, highly recommend.

great hotel with nice decor and harbor feel
Pros:

Spacious room with enough bench/closet space to have belongings out and accessible. Full length mirror in the closet; great shower with several high pressure shower heads. Comfortable king size bed.

Cons:

A 4 pm check in is pretty late

Fire alarm went off at 430 am! No staff on property to help. Not relaxing to say the least, had this not happened I would have said it was the perfect place to stay

Prob wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Room was not ready at 4:00, bathroom door in room was locked by staff and we had to wait awhile for it to be unlocked. Breakfast was gross.

Very nice and enjoyable!
Pros:

The room was large and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was minimal. It would be nice if the hotel had a basket with treats such as fruit, cookies, etc. during the day for patrons to pick up as a snack while enjoying the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

I did not like paying for parking. Patrons should not have to pay to park their car at a hotel they are paying for. This cost should be part of the hotel cost, which is not inexpensive to begin with. But I did like this hotel, and we enjoyed our stay.
