Cons:

We had booked a harbor view room but our first floor room had a view of bushes but were charged for the harbor view. Not happy.

Fantastic gateway
Pros:

Everything! The staff is fantastic, the breakfast is lovely, and the hotel is just extremely comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The beds were very good and the room was large. Possibly the best shower I've ever had! Also it was my friend's birthday and they left us a bottle of local wine in the room, which we thought was a lovely touch. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the train, which is also very convenient. Can't wait to go back.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Pros:

The property was central to Greenport and easy access to Vineyards close by. Excellent staff!

Cons:

The rug in our room was stained the shower was caulked in a way that was messy and unprofessional.

Great for a Couples Getaway
Pros:

We stayed at Harbor Front Inn for our anniversary getaway and had a great experience. The hotel has a high-end feel while still being welcoming and comfortable. Our room overlooked the water, and the view made the stay feel especially relaxing.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to do without needing the car.

The pool area had a peaceful, calming atmosphere and was a nice place to unwind. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding more seating, as chairs can be limited during busier times.

One of our favorite touches was the complimentary bikes with baskets. It was such a fun way to explore the area and added to the overall experience.

Most of all, the staff made the stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, safe, located close to transportation and in the heart of the shopping/restaurant area
Pros:

Love the all-day coffee/tea station, breakfast had a reasonable variety of carbs/protein and offered take-out styrofoam containers. Lounge felt very peaceful and luxe. Our room was large, with a nice balcony. The bathroom was well designed. The beds were comfortable and the tv was working. The AC took us a bit to figure out but the temps were very comfortable once we did. The room faced the harbor and it was a pleasant view of the pool as well. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with towels. I liked that we could also go to the Soundview hotel and use that pool, which was bigger and faced the sea.

Cons:

The screencasting from devices didn't work (but maybe my devices were the issue). The curtains were good at blocking the light but could have been a bit wider so the sun didn't peek through the edges

It was so bad that I elected to not check in. Found alternate accommodations for less and better
Pros:

Did not keep my reservation at the Harbor Inn due to unsatisfactory room. Small, dark, with window facing parking lot on ground floor.

Cons:

The room that was provided did not match the images that were shown on the Booking.com web site. Highly misrepresented!

Pros:

Excellent location! The hotel is easily walkable to multiple restaurants and attractions in Greenport. The pool was great and very quiet. The bar wasn't open during our stay but lots of options nearby so not really needed.

Cons:

The housekeeping services could have been better. Although we asked for daily housekeeping, the snacks and water were not refreshed and the rooms could have been cleaner.
