HHE staff are very helpful and should run United as they didn't help at all..
Pros:

United cancelled our flight back Sunday, July 6th to Newark airport and Greenland Air booked all the hotel rooms in Nuuk, including both HHE. Either airline were much help and left us on our own.

Semisi at the front desk helped us arrange another hotel apartment in Nuuk, to accommodate our party of 4. She was an exceptional help finding another hotel, HHE was far more helpful than both United and Greenland Air.

Cons:

The mattress and pillow was not as comfortable as other hotels. Could use a mattress foam or a thicker mattress and additional pillow.

Really comfy and sweet, I'm so happy I stayed at your hotel!!!!

The room was beautiful!!!! I love the colors and design. The bathroom was quaint and perfect. I love the shower and everything. The room and hotel are VERY CLEAN. The staff is fantastic, incredibly helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable. I love your hotel and will definitely stay again on my next visit to Nuuk.

Cons:

Vi inviterede vores datter til at spise morgenmad sammen med os (hun boede ikke på hotellet). Det kostede 150 kr., hvilket vi oplevede som det rene røveri for et blødkogt æg, en kedelig bolle og en kop kaffe. Der var ingen varm mad på buffeten og kun et meget begrænset udvalg af pålæg osv.
