Tolles Homestay in Traumlage.
Pros:

Die Lage am Rand der Reisfelder mit Blick auf die Berge ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die auch bereits von anderen Gästen erwähnte Baustelle nebenan trübt den Ausblick vom Pool leider etwas. Als wir dort waren, wurde allerdings nicht gebaut, so dass wir - bis auf den Blick - keine Einschränkungen hatten. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb von Phong Nha, ein Roller (wird in der Unterkunft vermietet) ist empfehlenswert.

Beautiful and peaceful stay !
Pros:

Beautiful place, amazing view of rice fields and really in nature. 10 min drive from Phong Nha town, but we were able to bike it and it is nice biking around the hotel area (although wouldn’t recommend biking to town at night because it is through the main road). Nature all around, super peaceful. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very nice. All around nice stay and good value for price.

Cons:

No WiFi in our room. Alerted staff of this, not much to do about it.
Not located in town, but a bike ride/short grab away.
Would recommend putting water in rooms.

Het eten, de mensen, de pooltafel, het zwembadje, de kamer, het bad met uitzicht, en vooral het lekkere bed.

Cons:

Iets verder van het centrum dus je moet sowieso een taxi, maar daardoor wel lekker rustig

Amazing environment and staff
Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful. First night we got in late and hadn’t had dinner, and even though the kitchen was closed the staff fixed us one Bahn Mi each :) The AC in our room was good, the view from the shower was great and the breakfast was also good. We could fill our water bottles for free, played a lot of pool and enjoyed the beautiful view of the rice fields. We took the free bikes into town one day and rented a scooter via the Hotel another, it was all very easy and convenient. On our last night, we were able to use the showers after checkout and then got a ride into town for free because it was Tet and the staff are so friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit damp and we noticed there might be mold growing in the ceiling. This should really be looked at. And sadly, there is construction going on next door - a new building (probably hotel) covering some of the incredible view which we had not seen in any of the pictures when we booked.

Pros:

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli dès notre arrivés. Le personnel était vraiment formidable , très serviables et nous ont aidé vis-à-vis des reservations d'excursions.
La chambre et balcon était comfortable ainsi que la literie, avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes Karstique, les rizières et la piscine. Le jardin bien fleurie et ça ajoute au charme de cette endroit.
Excellente petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. On peut manger au restaurant toute la journée ! Les repas était bon.
Nous avons pu louer des scooters directement à l'homestay.
Un endroit paisible et reposante merci! On aurait aimer rester plus longtemps.

Una buena opción para esta zona.
Pros:

Gente muy amable. Las vistas sobre los campos de arroz. La tranquilidad.

Cons:

Las motos de alquiler, pero eran así de decrépitas en todo la zona. CONSEJO: Si vais a ir dos una moto, intentad buscar una con a)un poco más de potencia (subidas muy empinadas) y b) con sitio para los los pies del piloto algo adelantado para poder hacer fuerza al bajar esa cuestas brutales.

Top prijs kwaliteit!!!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Top prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Eenvoudige maar mooie en ruime kamers. Gelegen aan de rijstvelden, buiten het dorpje, enkel spijtig dat er aanpalend.werd.gebouwd aan een ander hotelletje. Lekker eten. Men zorgde zelfs gratis voor een vrije kamer om te gebruiken tot ons vertrek om 23u 's avonds!! Top service!

Cons:

Niets, spijtig van de bouwwerken, maar die zijn tijdelijk en buiten de wil van de uitbaters.

Die Ruhe nach dem quirligen Hanoi, der Ausblick auf die Reisfelder, das nette Personal, das leckere Essen, der Pool.
Auf dem Reisfeld vorm Balkon lief ein Wasserbüffel, mehrere Hühner und abends haben wir Glühwürmchen beobachtet.

Cons:

Es wird nebenan ein Hotel gebaut, weshalb die Aussicht vom Pool zu einer Baustelle geht. Der Bau ist fast fertig. Wir wurden von keinen Geräuschen gestört. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Bilder entsprechend angepasst würden.

Peaceful stay in a gorgeous setting
Pros:

A wonderful stay - well out of town, but the setting is so tranquil with amazing views over the rice paddies to the karst peaks. Lovely pool, delicious freshly made food in the restaurant (lots of vege options!) and very friendly staff. Free bikes to use and they gave me a lift into town to catch my bus.

Cons:

A few bugs around but that's to be expected in this location.

Pros:

Beautiful setting and great views from the room. Staff were very nice and helpful

Cons:

The room is very dated, when we arrived it was filled with little flies that were impossible to get rid of, which was unnerving. The hotel is quite dated and dirty, but the rooms were clean other than the flies.
