Good location, very noisy.

The noise very loud, they have construction going on, and the rooms above are noisy. We stayed on the second floor and could hear the guest above and to the side of us. Very hard to sleep

Love unit set up; two king beds in two separate rooms.
Pros:

Thanks to Becky, she delayed room renovation by one day so we can stay in the same room for all three nights. Good hot breakfast items. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff, very friendly and the room was clean and great view from second floor.
Pros:

View was exceptional and we walked to town for breakfast and walked to dinner and the pier. Quick beach access

Cons:

nothing..Lobby was being remodeled so there wasn't fresh coffee like you would expect but they were operating out of a small side room/office. That was minor.

This was a last minute booking and it did not disappoint

Very family friendly.
Pros:

I loved all the things for our children to play with. They loved the complimentary cookies and cocoa. Breakfast had a good variety but bulk eggs never taste great and the sausage was especially salty. I would definitely want a room with an ocean view next time. My kids also loved the pool. Oh, and the rooms were huge!

Nothing really. Everything was great. The sausage was very salty.

Staycation in Pismo Beach
Pros:

Hubby and I stayed here for the very first time last night for a staycation. We live about 20 minutes away from Pismo Beach and Pismo or Avila Beach is our go to for a staycation.

We were supposed to have a view of the playground/park area (meaning no view of the ocean), but we were upgraded when we got there to an ocean view room, which was amazing. The views were spectacular. We sat on our balcony patio, watched the sunset, met a little bird friend that came to say hi, went and got dinner in Avila Beach at Mission Pizza, which we always love, and just enjoyed our time.

This morning, we woke up early and walked down to the beach and enjoyed the sunrise. The hotel itself was great. It is undergoing some construction in the parking lot and in the lobby right now, but there are plenty of signs guiding you where to go. They have a free breakfast in the morning, which we did not opt for this time because we had plans to go out to breakfast, but normally, we would have had the breakfast there. The room was huge. We even had two bathrooms which was crazy because it was just two of us, but it was kind of cool and had a refrigerator for all of our cold snacks. There was enough parking also. Overall, good things to say. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

One of the only very minor complaint or issues was our room was right next to the stairs, so we could hear people stomping up and down the stairs through the night and the doors are really heavy so it sounded like people were slamming their doors when they were just closing them, but that’s about the only critique I could give for the hotel, which isn’t even really anything. Bed was comfy, entire room was spacious.

Lovely accoommodation dont rely on a good breakfast unless you get there at 7am and its empty.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable and well furnished. Facilities were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast experience was abysmal. It was free but we couldnt stay,we opted to go to a diner instead. the food looked horrendous, the breakfast room was so crowded and dirty it was pretty disgusting actually.
