The first impression was terrible but then it improved.
Pros:

Our rooms were over looking the ocean. Overall very clean.

Cons:

I didn’t find out until over a month after booking that they were renovating and some of the amenities would not be available. The woman who check us in was rude. We arrived at check in time, only one of our rooms was ready. No apologies, nothing. We went up to the room that was ready, saw the cleaning ladies that were cleaning the room next to us, the looked up, I said hello, they just stared at me. We had to go down to find out if our room was ready.
Thankfully the rest of our stay went smoothly and the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Amazing place, prime location, great staff all around, very helpful. Specially i believe his name was joe? Or joey at the front desk. Great guy he ket us know of activities, and things going on around the area.

Pros:

Wonderful location, staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet.

Cons:

Since there are kitchens in the suites it would have been nice to have tableware and some utensils provided.

Hidden gem
Pros:

We ended up booking another night there because the suites were so spacious and clean w comfortable sofa sleeper . Walking distance to beach and nearby restaurants . Love the grassy patio enclosure that made our ground floor beach front patio secure with our kids and dog . Definitely will come back soon

Beautiful views
Pros:

Because of renovations, our room was changed when we arrived. While we did not get the two bedroom suite, they were apologetic and actually gave us the upgraded ocean view plus a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. I look forward to visiting them again once renovations are done. The beds were amazing as well.

Weekend with grandkids
Pros:

Took my grandkids out for the weekend. Convenient, Easy beach access via the steps. Kid friendly. Large one bedroom suite. Plenry of space for 2 adults and two kids. Kids being kids they loved the sofa bed.
Reasonable price. Simple continental breakfast with hot options.
Seems like many of the coastal hotels are currently under remodeling but being the weekend, there seemed to be minimal disturbance regarding construction noice.

Location was good. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Balcony barrier blocked much of the view. View was important to me. Would have preferred room set up to have television on the opposite wall to allow view of water from inside the room.

Awesome
Pros:

Room had an amazing view, breakfast was great. Location was great and close by the pier. They were renovating the building so my daughters did not get to play on the playground but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing family weekend trip with gorgeous ocean view

Amazing ocean view, very friendly and helpful staff members, very clean/tidy grounds. We loved being able to travel with our dog; we enjoyed the spacious suite very much!
