The room is a great layout and it was clean and nice.

Cons:

I don't appreciate how there are signs all over the breakfast room/lobby that we aren't allowed to take breakfast to our room. It seems too regulatory for the hotel to try and tell us where we can eat, especially in a suite with it's own kitchen. I needed to take food to my partner because he wasn't feeling well so it seemed a better idea to feed him in our room and not expose people to more germs than necessary.

The stay is comfortable over all.
Pros:

The unit they provided was clean and appropriate. The bed was comfortable, and while the breakfast was okay, it could definitely be improved. I do appreciate that they offer social gatherings for guests — that was a nice touch.

Cons:

One issue I experienced was parking. There are a lot of cars parked at night, and it was difficult to find an available space.

More importantly, when I booked through Booking.com, my reservation clearly stated that parking was included in my rate. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the policy had changed and that I should refer to their website. I don’t understand why I would need to check their website when I booked through Booking.com and received a confirmation showing that parking was included. I even provided them with documentation stating that parking was part of my rate.

Despite this, they initially attempted to charge me for parking. In the end, they waived the parking fee, but it was presented as though they were doing me a favor rather than honoring what was clearly stated in my booking agreement. The situation was frustrating and could have been handled more professionally.

There’s a kitchen with bar where we love to drink our wine with my wife and our room is close to parking lot and safe quite and the room is huge. We booked here 6x already.

This hotel will charge you without authorization — please be extremely cautious.

I have never smoked, yet the day after I checked out, they claimed there was a “smoking smell” in the room and charged me $500. They have not responded to any of my messages since. This has been an absolute disaster.
