It is always a pleasure to visit the H10 all of the staff are friendly and a pleasure to meet each year. The upgrade to the hotel rooms and Tamdaba buffet restaurant is a nice improvement. As always there is a lot of choice of foods in the buffet restaurant. However we had a lovely meal in the La Brasserie restaurant and were disappointed to find it was only open 3 nights instead of 5.
The hotel is very beautifull and very well kept.
Several big pools. 4 ala carte restaurants with excellent food.
Especially the Gaudi restaurant its food, staff and athmosphere were excellent.
We had a privilege room wich was very nice.
A return visit to this stunning hotel which is looking even better than before due to recent room updates! Everything about the H10 feels special from the welcome at reception on arrival to the little things they include in the rooms. The pools and landscaped areas are beautiful and the quality of food at every meal is just superb. As ever the real asset for H10 is their staff - across every part of the hotel they are just the best!

We did not manage to get away in 2025 due to my partner needing two knee replacements and my work commitments, so this was a well deserved break for us both and time to put 2025 behind us to relax with some peace and relative quiet.
What better way to relax and enjoy a break, than at our second home H10 Playa Meloneras, for us it is the ideal location. The only problem was we could only get away for seven days this time instead of our usual eleven.
Once again the hotel did not fail to deliver, as soon as we arrived it felt that we had not been away and all the stresses disappeared. It did not take long to check in and although we were unable to get the room we had asked a preference for, we were given another room on the same level which was perfect and was kept clean and tidy by Melina who always greeted us in the mornings
Once again we were greeted by friendly smiling and familiar faces where ever we met a member of the team We diid have a slight issue with the hotel app, but this was quickly sorted by out by Kathleen Lammich of Guest Relations who was always friendly, smiling and efficient with any enquires.
The food was delicious, as usual, in the Gaudi along with Marta and her team. We also ate in the Italian, which was good, but the soup could have been a bit hotter. We had a couple of lunches in the refurbished Tamadaba which was fine and pleasant with the new decor and it was good to see Africa had been promoted.
The only small criticism we would make is that we felt the some of the entertainment was not as good as previous years and could be a bit hit and miss.
Too many names to remember and thank, but a big thank you to everyone for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable,
We had already booked our return for December 2026, before we had even taken this holiday, so we look forward to returning for eleven days this time; and to spoil ourselves a bit, we have upgraded to a suite!

This hotel sits on the waters edge reception is off the street, and the hotel goes down the levels from there.
Very u usual main building, but fantastic, water all in front of the hotel, lovely looking golf course a few metres away.

We stayed for a month in January 2026; it was the seventh time we have stayed at this hotel. As usual, the staff were friendly, the food was great and the weather was lovely.
We first visited this hotel in 2002. We have returned many, many times. The hotel has gone through many changes. For the 1st time this year as a member of the H10 Loyalty scheme and a grand class member I booked the hotel direct. This gave me a 5% discount. On arrival several reception staff were available but we were given a registration slip to complete despite the fact I had checked in two days prior online. Told to wait until called and sat in the lounge area. We were not offered a welcome drink ( for the first time). Some 10 minutes later we were called over to be fitted with the wristbands which allow you access to your room and areas associated with your tier and booking arrangement.
I was surprised that after completing a credit card swipe the full charge was immediately taken. In the past a swipe had been sufficient.
We had requested a particular room which was unavailable but the room we had was just 2 doors away and we were happy with it. Even though the rooms have been refurbished there is no drawers for t shirts, underwear and the like just some open shelves in the wardrobe. I understand that rooms of a lower grade have a chest of drawers. Even after mentioning it 2 years ago there is no luggage mat to put on the bed while you unpack. We used a beach towel so that not to mark the beautiful white bedding.
It’s somewhat of a disappointment that the menu for dinner in both Gaudi and the Brasserie have not changed in years. However the transformation of the Tamabada buffet was simply amazing. We enjoyed several evening meals here as no vegetables or salads form part of the à la carte meals.
It was lovely to see so many of the same staff still happy working within the hotel. In fact we-don’t think we came across any staff members who didn’t smile, speak etc.
Great to see Samira, Marta, Jessica, Anna and not forgetting Africa who has now been promoted and well deserved.
All in all a lovely holiday in a hotel which is kept pristine. A few minor niggles but is anywhere absolutely perfect.
Very friendly staff throughout the hotel complex. Great sea views and good facilities. Excellent restaurants - 10/10 for quality and service. Nice 20 minute walk on promenade to Maspalomas Lighthouse.
Third time visiting, but unfortunately the hotel has not developed in the right direction.
No welcome drinks, not anymore possible to change dinner to lunch when having half board. The standard of the dinner buffet has gone down. All guest are forced to were a bracelet with tag 24/7, and never take it off during the stay (think about the hygienic aspect of that). The level of services dosen't match the price level of the hotel.
Great location, hotel was excellent, rooms were large and kept clean and towels changed every day, reasonably priced.

Beautifully appointed hotel with lovely architecture and gardens. Infinity pool was beautiful. Food was excellent with a huge range of choice at all meals. Staff lovely and very helpful. Nice easy walk along a parade into Mesapalomas. Stayed on half board basis buying our drinks and were pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced they were. Overall would thoroughly recommend and will go back myself
Oh and even the cats halve five star accommodation!
My husband and I stayed at the H10 in Meloneras in November 2025, joined by our best friend who had the room next to ours. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Even before we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful — arranging golf bookings for my husband and friend, and answering my questions about the gym equipment. Their communication was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming.
When we arrived, the team greeted us with such friendliness and happiness that we instantly felt relaxed, especially with the lovely welcome drink. Our rooms were superb, beautifully located, spacious, spotlessly clean, with wonderfully comfortable beds and glorious views. It truly felt like a little haven.
The pool and deck area were pristine — sparkling water, clean surroundings, and plenty of space to relax, which is something we really value.
The food throughout our stay was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the entertainment — should you choose to enjoy it — was fun and of a very high standard. The hotel’s location is ideal: quiet, peaceful and overlooking the sea, yet only a 10–15 minute stroll along the beautiful seafront to Meloneras, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. We passed many other 4- and 5‑star hotels on our walks, but remained convinced that the H10 was by far the best.
In fact, we were so impressed that we’ve already booked to return next month — something we never normally do, as we usually prefer to try new places. But this hotel feels perfect for us, and we’d genuinely worry about being disappointed anywhere else.
A heartfelt thank you to every member of staff at H10 Meloneras. Every single person we encountered was happy, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Without fail, anyone I passed greeted me with a smile and a hello. It made our stay feel truly special.

I spent a week here with my dear mother and we loved it ! Super clean. Great location.
The 2 top chefs went above and beyond for my Mum and I can’t thank them enough. The whole team at meals times were fantastic. The entertainment especially at the piano bar was a joy. The pool staff were so helpful and attentive. My only negative would be the slow checking in process, and reception staff a bit hit and miss.
Everything about this hotel was 5 star. Excellent staff and service. Good quality food and plenty of dining options. Beautiful views, a choice of pools perfect for distance swimming. Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard and were spacious with great balcony space. The privilege areas with loungers and bars were calm and peaceful. It is a very large site and sometimes finding places within it can be challenging but lifts/stairs and slopes make it very accessible to all. We were encouraged to use the H10 App but it didn’t always work that well so Reception staff made some of our in house bookings. It’s a hotel I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning to in future.
