We had an amazing time at the H10 Meloneras. Loved the fact that staff would address you first in Spanish and that the food had a clear Spanish influence. The closest beach is not the best one but in a few minutes drive you can get to Maspalomas beach. The infinity pool is just stunning and the water temperature is perfect.
Furniture and carpet need a refresh😅.

This was our second stay at the H10 Playa Meloneras and it was every bit as good as the first time we visited in February last year. This year we stayed for 14 nights and we really didn’t want to come home – the hotel felt like it was a home from home for us – our room was really comfortable with a wonderful sea view and there was plenty of space for everybody on the expansive sun terraces - nobody was getting up early to reserve sun beds, so we felt we could really relax. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, with sweeping sea views and beautifully tended areas planted with cacti and palms. Sitting in the warmth of the sun by the main infinity pool with an uninterrupted view of the sea in February is just sublime. Another highlight for us were the beautiful sunsets, enjoyed with a glass of cava or a mango daiquiri at the Tropical chill-out bar. We opted to stay Privilege which gave us access to the different à la carte restaurants for all of our meals and every single meal was delicious. When I was looking for a winter sun destination, I’d originally discounted this place because it looked too big and too child-friendly, but it was recommended by a friend and so we gave it a go. I have to say, I was wrong on both counts and we absolutely love this place. What sets this hotel apart is the warmth of the service... even though it’s a big hotel, the staff get to know the guests and are able to deliver the kind of personal service that we so appreciate when we visit smaller hotels. Muchísimas gracias Marta, Adriana, Alejandro, Victor and everybody else – too many to mention in every area of the hotel – you are all superb and what you do every day makes all the difference. We will return.

The H10 Hotel Meloneras is considered on of the best hotels in this group and from our own personal experience this Hotel is very special to us so much so we stay at this hotel up to 2 times each year. The staff are always top of their game and very professional. Most of the staff know us by name. There are so many names we could mention but special thanks to Begonia, Vincente, Martha and the lady behind the scenes who always looks after our bookings Gudelia and Jose

Definitely a 5* experience all round.
Beautiful surroundings, spacious, wonderful grounds and lovely swimming pools which weren’t cold!!
The staff are amazing! So helpful, friendly and nothing’s too much trouble.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Everything you could want, beautifully presented and well cooked. Evening buffet too- such a choice!
We will definitely be coming back next year.

It is always a pleasure to visit the H10 all of the staff are friendly and a pleasure to meet each year. The upgrade to the hotel rooms and Tamdaba buffet restaurant is a nice improvement. As always there is a lot of choice of foods in the buffet restaurant. However we had a lovely meal in the La Brasserie restaurant and were disappointed to find it was only open 3 nights instead of 5.

The hotel is very beautifull and very well kept.
Several big pools. 4 ala carte restaurants with excellent food.
Especially the Gaudi restaurant its food, staff and athmosphere were excellent.
We had a privilege room wich was very nice.

A return visit to this stunning hotel which is looking even better than before due to recent room updates! Everything about the H10 feels special from the welcome at reception on arrival to the little things they include in the rooms. The pools and landscaped areas are beautiful and the quality of food at every meal is just superb. As ever the real asset for H10 is their staff - across every part of the hotel they are just the best!

Another great stay!
We did not manage to get away in 2025 due to my partner needing two knee replacements and my work commitments, so this was a well deserved break for us both and time to put 2025 behind us to relax with some peace and relative quiet.
What better way to relax and enjoy a break, than at our second home H10 Playa Meloneras, for us it is the ideal location. The only problem was we could only get away for seven days this time instead of our usual eleven.
Once again the hotel did not fail to deliver, as soon as we arrived it felt that we had not been away and all the stresses disappeared. It did not take long to check in and although we were unable to get the room we had asked a preference for, we were given another room on the same level which was perfect and was kept clean and tidy by Melina who always greeted us in the mornings
Once again we were greeted by friendly smiling and familiar faces where ever we met a member of the team We diid have a slight issue with the hotel app, but this was quickly sorted by out by Kathleen Lammich of Guest Relations who was always friendly, smiling and efficient with any enquires.
The food was delicious, as usual, in the Gaudi along with Marta and her team. We also ate in the Italian, which was good, but the soup could have been a bit hotter. We had a couple of lunches in the refurbished Tamadaba which was fine and pleasant with the new decor and it was good to see Africa had been promoted.

The only small criticism we would make is that we felt the some of the entertainment was not as good as previous years and could be a bit hit and miss.

Too many names to remember and thank, but a big thank you to everyone for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable,

We had already booked our return for December 2026, before we had even taken this holiday, so we look forward to returning for eleven days this time; and to spoil ourselves a bit, we have upgraded to a suite!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious clean fantastic facilities and staff.
This hotel sits on the waters edge reception is off the street, and the hotel goes down the levels from there.
Very u usual main building, but fantastic, water all in front of the hotel, lovely looking golf course a few metres away.

Lovely open buffet restaurant, with a few alacarte ones too
Great location, around a 25 minute walk to the main area ie, lighthouse and bus station.
