Excellent hotel and food on the whole was good however the service for drinks at times was slow and depending on who you got making the cocktails depended on what the quality was like.
If they were just a bit better on the drinks I would have give 5 not 4

We returned from our 'happy place' last Saturday and it didn't disappoint.
The evening entertainment was the best we've ever had
The chill out, rattan area now has a singer/saxophonist every evening that adds beautifully to the ambience.
The grounds are extremely vast, this should be taken into account if you have mobility issues, however, they are kept to fabulous standard.
The food is impressive with an amazing selection and the staff can't do enough for you.
I'm unsure whether Privilege is worth the extra money. The additional restaurants are wonderful, but it is my understanding that branded alcohol is available for all grades and in fairness, the luxury sunbeds are plentiful for all guests.
The 'Privilege' area at the front of the hotel has been situated by the children's play area, so not ideal and the exclusive one on the higher level gets a little crowded, therefore, we tended to select one of the amazing loungers situated around the hotel but in a quiet area. There were plenty of options.
Staff are amazing. I normally take names, but on this occasion, didn't.
The spa is beautiful, however, the gym does lack powerful aircon but has adequate equipment.
There is a great promenade adjacent to the hotel for runners/walkers that leads to further restaurants.
My only real nag (and I feel this is with H10 in general), I have never been afforded the luxury of keeping my room on for longer but we were allocated 45 minutes in a room to freshen up before leaving.
If you are unsure whether to book. Do it.

Me encontré con lugares VIp que no entiendo estan por separado a mi no me aparecian al momento de reservar.
Encuentro increible que pagando 180 Euros por dia apenas el Hotel ofrezca como “obsequio “ solo 1150 cc de agua para toda la estancia (para beber en cuatro días) en un lugar con temperaturas sobre los 30 a 35 grados .Para no creerlo

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family and young baby (one year old) , and overall we had a wonderful experience.
The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of the team made such a fuss of our baby and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness and attentiveness really made our holiday special.
Breakfast starts at 7:30am, which worked well for us, and the food quality was excellent.

The only area where there may be room for improvement is the timing of some of the dining options. Lunch in the main restaurant begins at 1:30pm, afternoon snacks are served from 4:30pm, and dinner starts at 7:00pm. For families with very young children, slightly earlier serving times could make meal planning a little easier, particularly around bedtime routines.

That said, this is a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The hotel, facilities, and staff were all outstanding, and we would happily return in the future - especially when our little one is a bit older.

Second visit, can see a slight deterioration in rooms where some TLC needed particularly in the bathroom. Tiles getting old and need re-grouted and awful smell of drains (was same in courtesy room on last day so seems to be wider issue). Breakfast lovely, lots of choice. Dinner good too albeit as a vegetarian I struggled more. Infinity pool lovely - would be better if the hotel done the recycling crushing early or later in the day as the noise does spoil the peaceful setting. Staff are all really helpful and friendly with the only issue (which we experienced on last visit also), being a few rude female waitresses at dinner - not sure if more senior as wear black blazers. The hotel offers no complimentary water in the evening despite it being plentiful at breakfast - need to buy it but as it’s so busy, we were only able to do so twice in 11 days. I had a small bottle with me one night and was told off by two (first one said ok for today but not moving forward), third one actually shouted and snatched the bottle off the table drawing attention to us. Very embarrassing. Last visit was similar but we had said no thanks one night and she said something in Spanish and snatched the glasses away. Only other observation is that checkin is chaotic and a lot of waiting around. Enjoyed it but with so many other options available, unlikely to return.

Well as soon as we land at Las Palmas airport we know our holiday has started at the wonderful h10 Playa melonoras,from the moment you walk through the entrance you are greeted with such warmth from all the wonderful staff,l must mention the wonderful Kathleen lammich who really goes over and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible,she really is an asset to the hotel,as is Borja Garcia who works alongside Kathleen,the food in all restaurants is absolutely fantastic,we again had the chance to eat in gaudi again 10/10,we have been visiting this hotel for many years and can honestly say it’s the best,many of the staff have become real friends with us,I cannot mention everyone but from all departments keep up your hard work and see you all soon

This is our eighth visit and it’s as fantastic as the previous the staff through out the hotel ore brillliant nothing seems to much for them and all of them are so friendly. We won’t be hesitating to come back
