Pros:

I liked that the pool area was so beautiful and luxurious, with no ugly sun loungers—only high-quality ones. The breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is to please put the duvets inside duvet covers, as it’s very difficult to sleep with just a sheet wrapped around them.

Pros:

Das kulinarische Angebot war sehr vielfälltig und sehr ausgewogen. Es vor allem auch viel lokale Spezialitäten zum Dinner, welches sehr lecker war. Das Frühstück war auch sehr abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Schade dass beim Abendessen kein Kaffee im Speisesaal serviert werden konnte. Es gab jedoch die Möglichkeit dies bei der Bar - gegen Bezahlung - zu beziehen.

It was ok but nothing special.
Pros:

Nice enough. Not 5 star though. Lacked the nice touches you get from 5 star. Like complimentary water daily. Beds not turned down at night. Evening entertainment soso. Nobody walking round the pool to take drinks orders so you queue at the poolside bar. Suppose a solid 4 star kind of experience. Had a good stay but been to better hotels for the money.

Cons:

A little far from everything to just pop in for shops, bars etc.

Pros:

La comodidad en la habitación, la cama. Todo el interior del hotel a pesar de las distancias. Muy bien.

Cons:

El personal deben de gestionar mejor su conocimiento y trato efectivo con el cliente. Que no haya nada donde poder tomar algo de cenar, a partir de las 20:30 h. En un hotel de 5 estrellas eso no es de recibo nunca.
