Das Essen war im Grossen und Ganzen gut, Die Anlage rund um den Pool war sehr sauber. Die Liegen waren sehr bequem.
Das Personal muss besser geschult werden, keiner der Service-Mitarbeiter/innen konnte z.B. die Wärmestrahler bedienen. Ebenso war das Servicepersonal bei Weinbestellungen regelmässig überfordert bis Sie im IT System dann wirklich den richtigen Wein gefunden haben. Das Badges-System zum bezahlen der Getränke und der Speisen ist sehr kompliziert, nach 2-3 Tagen mussten wir immer wieder eine Rechnung bezahlen an der Reception, da die Konsumation auf 300 Euro begrenzt war. Bei der online Suche für dieses Hotel hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Hotel direkt am Meer liegt und es eigene Liegen am Strand hat was aber nicht so war.
El servicio de cena fue bastante bueno, el jefe de cocina muy atento a las intolerancias al gluten que teniamos. Cena variada y completa, la piscina tenia una temperatura ideal, en general muy buen ambiente y tranquilo.
El desayuno fue agradable pero el personal no, parecia como si les molestase tener que trabajar. Fue complicado tener que solicitar pan sin gluten y otros alimentos.
The food was unexpectedly good (breakfast and dinner alike - we had booked HB), the pool area was nice, the kids club welcoming and the location were all excellent. The sofa bed was also fine. Loved the water tap next to the pool bar.
We were given a wheelchair accessible room, therefore the bathroom comfort in our case was somewhat limited in terms of storage surface. The design was also different from what we had expected based on the photos. Water supply could have been a bit more generous as tap water did not taste good and minibar bottled water was overpriced. Also, while drink supply was generous at breakfast, even tap water at dinner came at a charge. Pool water was a bit cold (I understand it is similar elsewhere on the island as well). Bed mattress was extremely soft - it usually is for my preference but here it was really over the top. Pillow sizes and softness were also not my favourites.
The pools the food the location!! All wonderful and super friendly staff. Loved it and highly recommend.
The rooms weren't cleaned to the highest standard. Lots of dust balls behind the door to the room under the chairs and tables. Never replenished coffee each day- had to call reception to ask for it or go searching the corridor for the housekeeping trolley. But these are small gripes.

La SPA non è all'altezza del Resort. La camera potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata ritoccando alcuni particolari: luce nell armadio che si accende automaticamente quando lo sportello scorrevole viene aperto di fatto disturba l altra persona se ancora sta dormendo. Porta del bagno se lasciata aperta andava a sbattere contro il vetro doccia (senza danno però producendo rumore. Interruttore del bagno lo avrei posizionato internamente sempre per evitare di disturbare gli altri occupanti della stanza durante la notte.
Beautiful pool, comfortable adjacent rooms, nice buffet restaurant
Beach in front of the hotel is rocky, not good for swimming. There are 3 a la carte restaurants but they are only open half of the week. Would be much better to have all of them open all week. Only 1 restaurant option to have lunch, should be at least 2 or 3.
The overall stay was good, not 5*, but a decent hotel. Unfortunately our last day spoiled by very poor customer service.

Please take care!! I receive a gift coupon for spa (for 2 hours) and massage (50 minutes) for 2 in Despacio Spa Center in Hotel H10 Playa Meloneras. We visited Spa as outside guests and were robbed during the service.
During our scheduled massage our personal belongings were secured in the provided changing room lockers. Upon returning to the dressing rooms at the conclusion of our treatments, we discovered that cash had been removed from our wallets. No other items were missing, which strongly suggests a targeted theft timed specifically to the duration of our service at the Despacio Spa Centre - we visited as outside guests, meaning we had all our belongings with us and the lockers were specifically assigned to us by the spa reception, they were not chosen by us at random; the theft occurred while we were both in separate, closed treatment/massage rooms for a 50-minute session - this provided a guaranteed window of time where someone could be certain the lockers would remain unattended; the fact that both of our wallets were accessed at the exact same time, in two separate dressing rooms, confirms that this was a targeted event which took place within the spa facility. We are 100% certain that this was the only period during the day when our wallets were not on our persons, so people – take care!!! We were deeply dissapointed that something like that can happen in such high-end hotel.
This is a lovely 4 star hotel, absolutely not 5 star. Broken tiles, chaos buffet, no access to al a carte if half board. No waiter service by pool, no glasses collected, broken tiles round pool, dedicatEaster nothing close for 20 min walk.
