No me ha gustado el cambio habido en esta ocasion.Yo me alojo una o dos veces al año desde hace tiempo y estas son las actuaciones que no me gustan ahora:
No me ha servido de nada los puntos alcanzados hasta ahora( por el cambio a Hyat)
El servicio de desayuno de leche y cafe en la mesa lo han suprimido.Muy mal ¡¡¡¡¡¡
La retirada del primer plato cuando uno va a servirse un segundo plato queda en la mesa sin retirarlo y antes no ocurria eso.Te retiraban el plato usado inmediatamente.¿Falta servicio?Creo que no,hay suficientes camareros.

El buffet era un poco escaso y la barra se terminaba nada más salir de cenar.

Beds were okay but they could be a bit better. I imagine some rooms have better beds.

The hotel is really trying to position itself as more luxurious than it actually is.
The rooms haven’t been renovated in years: everything is worn, dusty, the walls are cracked, etc. So the rooms are uncomfortable and gross to be in. We even asked to change rooms after check-in because the first one was so bad, but the new one was not much better.

The food is not good. Variety in the buffet is pretty small, and multiple times I would put three types of meat on my plate, only to end up eating none of it because they just weren’t cooked right.
My wife has celiac, so needed gluten free accommodations. The allergen markings in the buffet are TOTALLY BOGUS. We found a literal cake that was not marked as containing gluten. Luckily, we found an employee to confirm that the cake is not celiac-safe. There is a way to request a "gluten-free meal" from the kitchen, but the process is very tedious: every morning at breakfast you need to find a guy that will call another guy that will write down your room number on a random piece of paper. Then at dinner you have to do this again, at which point you can get your sad custom meal: sometimes it's just a plate of vegetarian pasta with canned tomato sauce.

And of course the usual annoying things: at dinner you have to pay 2+ euros to be able to drink water (not allowed to bring your own), the in-room safe costs money to use, etc.

We went to Tenerife for 7 days and took the all-inclusive rest in Bahia. Compared to the prices of the other hotels for nominally the same offers, the price of this hotel is extremely tasty. Of course you should expect some drawbacks to pay off that reduced price. Anyway, there are some notes:
1) although the foyer looks very fancy, the rooms are a bit old and require renovation;
2) of course don't expect a high quality of spirits for all-inclusive cocktails from the bar. It's decent but not the tastiest. Instead, you can take light alcoholic drinks (wine or sangria or whatever) that are of a better taste and quality;
3) Wi-Fi is not completely free! There is a free connection but it's extremely slow and unstable, and the "premium" one costs about 5 euros per day for 5 devices (a bit less if you take more days). The problem is that within our stay, it was not working (the network was being renewed at that time);
4) Parking is also not free, it costs 10 euros per day;
5) the beach next to the hotel is very rocky and quite frequently with the red flag on it (due to a strong wind). So do not expect to be able to swim there;

Viel Auswahl am Buffet, leider mit Qualitätseinbuße. Weniger Auswahl mit mehr Qualität wäre empfehlenswert.

Solo un elemento dello staff è stato un po' scortese durante una colazione e a causa di un guasto abbiamo avuto per due notti l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito un ventilatore per compensare il disagio. Guasto riparato entro due giorni.

No nos gustó nada de nada la invitación al restaurante a la carta que nos ofreció el hotel, no había comida sin gluten...a pesar de haberlo comunicado desde el primer día de llegada y las alternativas que había ninguna fue de nuestro agrado, estuvo muchísimo mejor la comida del buffet del hotel que esa cena.

No encontré material de aseo en el baño, ningún indicativo de bienvenida, la luz de la habitación era pobre. Las toallas eran bastante viejas para ser ofrecidas al cliente (sentí asco ). Además de ello, el baño no tenía puerta, olía mal y no había ningún indicativo sanitario de haber sido limpiado anteriormente. En mi opinión, le sobran las estrellas a este hotel. No creo que vuelva más.

El baño de la habitacion,el grifo de la ducha estaba estropeado.
En el comedor para algunos clientes se notaba que tenían mesas reservadas para ellos.
