Pros:

A localização é muito privilegiada no aspecto em que não há muito ruído das discotecas.
A qualidade das bebidas é muito boa, o skybar é espetacular.

Cons:

Poucas cadeiras à sombra. Zona de fumadores muito pequena e longe de todos os espaços.
O bar exterior fecha muito cedo em relação ao bar interior, quando é altura de verão é muito mais prazeroso usufruir do bar exterior.

Hotel, structure et personnel très bien, mais ne correspond plus vraiment à mes attentes.
Pros:

Cela fait depuis longtemps que j'ai découvert la chaîne H10 et le las palmeras. C'est une chaîne hôtelière de qualité.

Cons:

Pour ce qui est du las palmeras j'ai trouvé que la prestation à baissé en gamme, il y avait cette fois ci moins de choix au restaurant. Ce qui m´à le plus déplu en tant que client privilège c'est le petit déjeuner en intérieur. Cela était tellement merveilleux en 2025 quand celui-ci était servi en extérieur au niveau de votre bar. Je viens de France en vacances dans le sud, ce n'est pas pour manger en intérieur, mais pour profiter de la vie en extérieur. Je n´ai donc malheureusement plus trouvé un grand intérêt à la formule privilège.

Clean, calm and overall nice
Pros:

It was peaceful and safe, slept very well. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. Really nice breakfast selection. Very nice house cleaning and the staff at the front desk should get a medal for how kind and polite at all times they are. Cleaning in rooms very good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The price on drinks almost half more expensive compared to coral hotels I am used to. Like 14 euros for rum and coke compared to 8,5 euros. The furniture in the room was very old and would make such a difference to a small room to upgrade because the bed and bathroom was really nice.

En la descripción se indicaba que había piscina only adults pero no tenía. El espacio de piscina muy pequeño para un hotel con tantas habitaciones. Falta de opción de cama doble.

Pros:

Food was great. The drinks were great, many branded names. Entertainment activities during the day were probably the best I have seen. The sky bar was a great way to start the evening, amazing sunsets.

Cons:

Only 1 designated smoking area on site. The evening entertainment was a little short considering the bar was open for a fair amount of time afterwards.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this hotel and would never stay here again.

The rooms were extremely hot because the hotel’s central air conditioning was not sufficient. We even paid extra for one of the best rooms, but had to use a very noisy portable AC. Its hot-air pipe made us keep the balcony door open, making the balcony practically unusable.

The hotel was also extremely crowded, and the bar service was unprofessional. Only one or two staff members seemed to know how to properly prepare cocktails. When we complained, some staff responded rudely and angrily, often speaking to us in Spanish because their English was limited.

For the price we paid, I expected much better. I strongly recommend looking for another hotel that offers better value for money.

La atención inmejorable, sobre todo por parte de Galindo y Gabriel en el comedor. Mi hija es celiaca y han estado muy pendientes y atentos con ella.

Cons:

Que no estubiesen mas atentos en la piscina, ya que no se podia reservar tumbona y la gente lo hacía y nadie decía nada.
