Hotel bellissimo torneremo sicuramente.
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel,posizionato nel cuore di playa de las americas,fronte mare,3 piscine,colazione ottima,buffet con grande varietà di cibo,staff disponibile e attenti ai clienti.

Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel was kept to a high standard, rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly & welcoming. We were half board and selection of food was something else, catered for everyone’s needs. Location was great, only a five minute walk to beach, shops and other restaurants.

Cons:

No indoor pool facilities.

Pros:

La belle vu sur mer de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner trop bien énormément de choix le personnel dans la salle super sympa souriant réactif même pour le diner ils sont à l’affût sur la propreté des tables.

Cons:

La chambre est bien sauf que la télé des voisins a 3:00 du matin on entend trop fort, le couloir bruyant le soir.
Les toilettes dans la chambre trop petite impossible de se poser tellement c’est compliqué

Pros:

The pool area was great. Breakfast buffet also very good.

Cons:

The bathroom in my junior suite had a very bad smell, like a stinky smell. It was located at the ground floor which might had something to do with the bad smell. I tryed to get a another room but the hotel was fully booked.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was big , well organised and the meals were good quality and a lot of different choices .

Cons:

First of all the drinks are not included in the half board and it is not fair. The people at the reception were little bit rude; for example I asked for a taxi and the answer was you can go here in front there is a taxi station. There is no service to get to the airport. There is basically no entrateinment especially for children.

Bardzo podobał mi sie hotel i obsługa, szczególnie Antonella w recepcji była fantastyczna , probowala rozmawiać z nami w języku polskim , pomoc z jej strony była zawsze pomocna
