Comfortable despite the heater.
Pros:

Well kept and good staff. Lawson across the street

Cons:

Kinda hot in the rooms during winter the ac wasn’t allowed on and the heater stayed on constantly

Pros:

Proximity to Susukino was nice. Short walk from Nakajima Koen station too. Lawson right outside very convenient. Staff were very friendly and some of them could speak English.

Cons:

Most things were great, except the pillows were a little thin and didn't feel great to sleep on. Had to ask for more and even then it wasnt the most comfortable.
