Hotel Angeleno

I was kind of caught off guard with the $400 per room deposit. I wish this was included in booking information upfront. If someone did not budget for that prior, this could have ruin their entire trip and experience.

Colazione inclusa per 2 persone con solo cibi dolci. Uova, bacon, pancake e altro salato tutto a pagamento. Pagare 20 dollari per la terza persona in camera l'ho trovato ingiustificato per l'offerta del cibo.

śniadania to porażka, zero jakja, zero parówki, zero wędliny, zero czegokolwiek na kanapkę, tylko zimne mleko do płatków, owoce i słodycze, basen strasznie mały tylko 6 leżaków i mało nsloneczniony, miejsce na śniadanie również niewielkie a ludzi sporo więc strasznie długo czeka sie przed wejściem, chyba ze sie przyjdzie z samego rana, tak samo w windzie ( są tylko 2) często ludzie nie mogli wejść z torbami bo cała winda ludzi wracających ze śniadania.

It is a little noisy, but it is expected, since it is next to the freeway.

Dat bij het lopende buffet in de ochtend nog wordt gevraagd om fooi, terwijl je hier zelf alles moet doen. Dit voelt een beetje dubbel.

Had to call maintenance and the fridge was leaking water on the floor. The shower head was also facing the wall and I was unable to move it making showering very difficult.

Colazione compresa nel prezzo minima, senza nemmeno un po’ di salato (a pagamento).

Use 2 credit cards at hotel and both had fraud with 3 days. Same pattern with both cards.

The rooms are worn out, the windows are not soundproof. The free breakfast is not free breakfast, it’s free bread, they try to upsell you for breakfast. The staff are not happy to be there, the parking charge was raised during my stay. Wouldn’t stay there again. Very disappointing.

説明もなしに最終日に勝手に追加でデポジットを押さえられたり(最終的に請求はされなかったが)、部屋に置いてあった飲んでもいないペットボトルの水が請求書に含まれてたり、他人の駐車場代を私の部屋に登録されたり、かなりずさんだった。帰国後にメールで是正をお願いし、現地のアメリカ人にも電話でフォローしてもらって数日後には全て解決したが、解決した旨のメールには謝罪もなかった。

On the negative side, we were initially given the wrong room upon arrival. It was facing the freeway, even though I had a confirmation for a quiet room away from the freeway. After complaining, we were moved to a room not facing the freeway, but it was still very noisy and you could hear the traffic a lot. The room itself was clean, but felt a bit dated and relatively dark. Finally, parking was quite expensive considering the hotel is basic and located relatively far out, and the price for two eggs at breakfast was disproportionately high. But luckily nobody of the staff asked about our stay when we checked out.
