The breakfast and restaurant… the food was very basic, and lots of flies near the food. This hotel was a 4 start hotel but with the price of 5 start hotel

Purtroppo il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative e, considerando il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente insoddisfacente.
Uno dei problemi principali è la mancanza di lettini disponibili, sia in piscina sia al mare, perché risultano costantemente occupati. La spiaggia, inoltre, non è dell’hotel, ma dello stabilimento Squalo Bianco: l’hotel dispone solamente di una piccola striscia di terra sovrastante con alcuni lettini, praticamente impossibili da trovare liberi.
La colazione è molto deludente, sia per qualità sia per scelta, decisamente non adeguata a un hotel di questo livello.
La camera presenta diversi problemi: l’aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente e i filtri erano pieni di polvere, in condizioni igieniche a nostro avviso inaccettabili, tanto da averci causato problemi di salute. Anche il letto era molto scomodo, composto da due materassi singoli affiancati con un topper matrimoniale più piccolo della superficie dei materassi.
Il bagno è estremamente piccolo e necessita di manutenzione: il soffione della doccia è completamente ostruito dal calcare e spruzza l’acqua verso il soffitto. Inoltre, durante la doccia, l’acqua va e viene continuamente, rendendo impossibile lavarsi normalmente.
A tutto questo si aggiunge una situazione che abbiamo trovato davvero spiacevole e, soprattutto, inquietante: la sera il giardino dell'hotel era frequentato da branchi di cinghiali, che si aggiravano al buio all'interno della proprietà. La prima volta che li abbiamo incontrati ci siamo spaventati e abbiamo segnalato la cosa al personale. La reazione, però, è stata tutt'altro che rassicurante: si sono messi a ridere, invece di prendere sul serio la nostra preoccupazione.
In definitiva, troppi problemi per una struttura che si presenta come un 5 stelle: scarsa manutenzione, problemi di pulizia, comfort insufficiente e gestione delle segnalazioni molto deludente.
Ci aspettavamo decisamente di più.

Nach einer Renovierung würden wir gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wunderschöne, sehr ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für die Strände im Norden Sardiniens. Auch die Wildschweine rund um das Hotel fanden wir sehr charmant. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig. Besonders enttäuschend war der Fitnessbereich im Untergeschoss, der sehr muffig roch, weshalb wir ihn gar nicht genutzt haben.

Het strand was heerlijk en je bent dichtbij Spaggia Licciola, prachtig strand.
Pros:

Dat je niet hoefde te betalen voor de ligbedden en parasol dichtbij het strand. Het restaurant dichtbij het strand is idyllisch.

Cons:

Niet alle personeel was even behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Très bel hôtel, avec un emplacement idéal dans la Conca Verde, avec un accès privé à la plage sous les Pins. Paradisiaque ! Le personnel est au petit soin et la vue est très jolie.

Very dissapointing, it does not warrant the money

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and that the hotel was not crowded.

Cons:

The water in the room, including the toilets, was unavailable for a time, which is crazy for such a pretentious hotel charging so much money. Furthermore, there was no warning about this matter, and the way a few members of staff dealt with it was unacceptable. Thus, when we kindly asked for an explanation of this problem and when is expected to be solved, we were shouted at, insulted, and told to “go away” by a crazy receptionist, which is totally rude and completely unacceptable! We have been there for only a day and a half, and this was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Finally, the problem was solved, and a member of the staff, who was Romanian like us, tried to help us and was so kind. But this is not an excuse for the hotel management to accept other members of the staff being rude to the hotel gusts that paid a lot of money for their stay. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel; it is overrated and does not warrant the money for what it is offering.

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivé à l’hôtel, le personnel m’a montré ma chambre…
J’avais donc réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse ( une suite )
À ma grande surprise et pendant la tour room le jacuzzi n’était pas là.
J’ai alors été à l’accueil montrer les photos comme quoi j’avais bel et bien réservé une suite avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse.
Ils m’ont dit qu’elle n’était plus disponible.. j’ai donc regardé sur booking et la chambre était bien présente, ils m’ont donc donné la chambre qui était prévu mais ils m’ont fait rajouter un supplément ….
Très déçu de ça !!!! Je ne sais même pas si ils ont le droit ????
