Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour une chambre familiale
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait en plein centre de la ville. Rapport qualité prix excellent avec une chambre très confortable, au calme et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel très serviable.

Cons:

Une salle de bain relativement propre mais pas de première jeunesse.

Pros:

Het was een prima hotel midden in het centrum. We waren er voor 1 nacht ivm een cruise.
De eigenaresse was heel erg behulpzaam, ze heeft ins geholpen met vervoer naar de boot en ook met de een ticket voor de bus naar Ninh Binh.

Niets, eenvoudig maar prima hotel

i needed a place quick, low price, good internet, Good food close by.
Pros:

it was a good location and quick to check in. it is central on the horseshoe loop and quick to get walk around. The room was clean, the internet steady and quiet.

Cons:

checking in was a bit confusing. there could have been signs to take the elevator up to level 1 to check in. there were no signs to indicate where to go.

Pros:

Price was great for what it is and a perfect location. Good wifi

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the walls are super thin so you can hear everything in the halls so we didn't sleep that well.

Tolles Zimmer, tolles Personal, tolle Lage!! Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten ein super sauberes Zimmer (haben vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen)!! Es gab 3 Katzen, davon ein Baby. Wlan hat auch gut funktioniert und die Lage war auch top. Über die Rezeption konnten wir einen Tagestrip zur Halong Bay und unsere Busfahrt nach Ninh Binh buchen, sogar günstiger als wenn wir es selbst online gebucht hätten. Der Tagestrip war auch toll. Wir haben an dem Morgen verschlafen und wurden vom Personal geweckt und da der Tourbus nicht auf uns warten konnte, wurde gleich noch ein Taxi für uns gebucht (ohne Aufpreis), sodass wir trotzdem noch an dem Trip teilnehmen konnten (vielen Dank nochmal dafür!!). Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung
