Tolles Zimmer, tolles Personal, tolle Lage!! Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten ein super sauberes Zimmer (haben vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen)!! Es gab 3 Katzen, davon ein Baby. Wlan hat auch gut funktioniert und die Lage war auch top. Über die Rezeption konnten wir einen Tagestrip zur Halong Bay und unsere Busfahrt nach Ninh Binh buchen, sogar günstiger als wenn wir es selbst online gebucht hätten. Der Tagestrip war auch toll. Wir haben an dem Morgen verschlafen und wurden vom Personal geweckt und da der Tourbus nicht auf uns warten konnte, wurde gleich noch ein Taxi für uns gebucht (ohne Aufpreis), sodass wir trotzdem noch an dem Trip teilnehmen konnten (vielen Dank nochmal dafür!!). Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung

Hôtel agréable, personnel attentionné, expérience réussie à Cat Ba
Pros:

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Cat Ba Green Hotel et nous y avons très bien dormi. La literie était bonne, la chambre propre et spacieuse. La clim n’était pas très puissante, mais le ventilateur en complément faisait parfaitement l’affaire pour que nous soyons bien dans la chambre. Le petit frigo est très pratique pour garder les bouteilles d’eau au frais. La salle de bain était certes assez petite, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons aussi apprécié la très bonne connexion wifi ainsi que le petit déjeuner, riche, varié et vraiment très bon. Le personnel était d’une grande gentillesse, serviable et attentionné. Un grand merci à Linh, qui nous a accompagnées pendant tout le séjour avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de très bons conseils. Nous avons également réservé la croisière sur la baie de Lan Ha directement avec l’hôtel à un très bon prix, et elle correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes en termes d’affluence à bord. L’expérience était authentique, et notre guide Tiger était passionné, très intéressant et nous a parfaitement bien renseignés.

Cons:

Franchement pas grand chose, nous avons passé 3 jours au top à Cat Ba, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.

Pros:

L’accueil, l’amabilite du personnel qui parle anglais . Leur organisation de la croisiere dans la baie et celle de mon depart pour Hanoi. Bon petit dejeuner.

Great stay
Pros:

Good breakfast. Room was lovely and big with everything you needed. Free water is given every day which was a lovely touch! The hot water was great in the shower too!!

Breakfast time was a bit early for us, would be nice to have a longer timeframe
