Pros:

The location was fabulous! Walking distance to Caville ave, beaches etc.

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor. Throughout the whole stay we found other guests rubbish and food, and someone else’s underwear and bra in the washing machine.
The window in the master bedroom was falling off and with two young toddlers it was not safe. When brought to the staffs attention upon checking out, I was met with nothing except whether or not I had paid the cot fees. Very disappointed that there was nothing done about it.

Amazing Stay.
Pros:

Location was amazing
Security was amazing from Fobs, staff/night staff.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Our AC was definitely a live saver.

Cons:

The staff were quite rude, the checking in process was unprofessional and time consuming, which is the last thing I wanted after a big day of travelling.
Little to no communication regarding the rubbish situation and bed sheets (we had no doona, just a sheet)

Pros:

마트와도 가깝고, 해변과 가까워 위치가 좋았고, 호텔내에 스파, 실내수영장, 실외수영장이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소가 넓었고, 주방에 식기류가 두루 갖추어져 있었습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절했고, 고객들에게 최선을 다해 주었습니다. 다시 묵을 의사가 있습니다.

Pros:

Great location, great facilities and fantastic space within the apartment.

Cons:

The apartment itself is very tired and rundown looking. Vould fo with a coat of paint and a few things needed fixing. Cleanliness was not great. The apartment didn't look like it gad been cleaned. There was clumps of hair in both main and unsuited bathroom. Lots of visible dust.

Family fun times
Pros:

Can't find a fault really.rooms were just gorgeous with fantastic views.
This was a family reunion so there were five different families spread over different floors.
We spent Christmas morning drinking mimosas on the 17th floor, then down to the BBQ area which we had reserved for two hours for our Xmas meal. A storm rolled in, so we all went back up to the 17th floor to watch it pass over, just amazing.
