Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, I highly reccomend the ground floor. The location is perfect—close to everything you need and easy to get around. The rooms were spotless and clearly well cared for, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. For the quality you get, it’s fantastic value for money. I’d happily stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated in terms of décor, but nothing is worn out or poorly maintained. In fact, a full renovation would probably push the prices up, so on balance the current setup offers great value for money. Overall, a comfortable stay and excellent value.

Overall good 2 bedroom apartment.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Right on Hastings St.
Rooms were very clean, kitchen included everything you need. All furniture in good condition. Was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The pool is only 1 mtr deep. Doors slam loudly waking you up when others leave early or come back late at night.

The location was excellent, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The resort was clean and staff helpful. The pool and facilities were all clean and accessible.

Cons:

We were above the carpark entrance and it could be noisy early in the morning.

Terrific location, comfortable accommodation in a stunning town.
Pros:

The accommodation was spacious, clean and well kitted out. The location was outstanding and being able to park on site in the underground car park was fantastic. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and you are a stones throw from the beach, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

There was no lift but we were aware of this before booking. If you’re on the top floor be prepared to lug your luggage although the staff would help if required :)
