생파하려고 더뷔페 레스토랑 갔는데 주방장님께서 생일상 한상 차려서 가져다 주셔서 완전감동이요!

3월 30일 오후 3시 20분 공항리무진을 탑승하려는데 시간이 촉박했어요. 호텔리어 남자분이 무거운 수트케이스를 들고 같이 뛰어주셔서 잘 탑승했습니다. 감사합니다! 버스 기사님은 정각에 탑승했음에도 '좀 더 일찍 오지 그랬냐'고 하셔서 기분은 좋지 않더라구요. 그러나 바쁘신 일정은 이해하기에 컴플레인하지 않았습니다. 앞으로 이런 상황에 더 나은 서비스를 위해 호텔리어와 기사분이 무전연락이 된다면 떠나실까봐 전전긍긍하는 불안한 마음은 없을 것 같네요. 전반적으로 호텔 지원분들이 모두 적극적이시고 친절하셔서 서비스가 훨씬 좋게 느껴졌습니다. 감사합니다!산뷰도 나쁘지 않았습니다

Pros:

아침안먹고 나가야하는 일정. 하지만 로비 시설은 좋았다.

Cons:

체크아웃할때 직원의 응대가 별로 였다. 전화를 받으면서 한손으로 내 룸키를 받았다.

Great experience for a lone traveller

Great location. Upmarket. Smell in reception was fantastic from their robotic diffusers.
