Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Cons:

However our stay was extremely uncomfortable. There was no air-conditioning in the room and it was 26+ degrees and the room was boiling. The fridge and kettle didn't work and we had no way to store our babies milk. The phone in the bedroom didn't work, so I had to go directly to reception every time I had a problem.

The room we were placed in was directly by the hallway entrance and everytime someone entered the floor we heard the banging of doors. Staff tried their best to help but the was no resolution apart from 2 fans been delivered to the room. We couldn't move rooms as they were fully booked.

So although the staff tried their best, the whole experience was entirely uncomfortable and very inconvenient.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Nous avons adorés les chambres, la vue, la salle de sport et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était incroyable !

Pros:

El desayuno estupendo. Bien comunicado por transporte público.

Cons:

No te avisan que al cuarto día no te cambian las toallas (no me había pasado nunca). Un día no nos limpiaron la habitación. Las tarjetas se estropearon varias veces y tuvimos que bajar a recepción.
El último día preguntamos a que hora terminaba el desayuno y nos dijeron a las 11 AM. Bajamos a las diez y cerraban a esa hora pero nos dejaron desayunar. Cosas muy raras .
