Excellent customer service and delicious breakfast
Pros:

We stayed 10 nights at the Holiday Inn London West in April 2026. We were a group of 23 adults touring the surround London area, and used this hotel as our hub. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and greeted us warmly everytime we made contact. The breakfasts were the best I've had at any Holiday Inn. There was someone who greeted us so kindly every morning as we entered the dining room for breakfast, and I lost the document where I recorded her name. I sincerely wish I could give a shout out to her. Naveea was also most helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Customer service was nice
Pros:

I went to get a cup of coffee at Starbucks and Vanya was very helpful and her uniform looked so nice on her and we were having a quick chat about coffee.
She was very comfortable to converse with.

Great stay
Pros:

I arrived tired after a long drive,reception help me with check in… quick and simple.

Abishkar at the bar served me quickly and the food was fine with vaish giving great service with food.

I will stay here again

For London sightseeing is the best.
Pros:

Very good location, close to metro and bus stops. The breakfast was very tasty, even though it was the same every day.

Cons:

The hotel is not new and in some areas needs repair and modernization, for example the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom or a broken handle.

I Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was so relaxing near to the station
