Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Easy check in. Good size room with sockets by the bed. Nice bathroom . Staff all lovely. Very clean. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Cons:

TV wasn't working properly, squeaky floorboards under the carpet. Pedal bin in bathroom needed replacing as there was rust. Crack in bathroom sink. Mirror needed at the desk as some people cannot stand to apply make up etc

Séjour parfait pour nous et nos ados. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Séjourné 2 nuits à l’hôtel. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dès notre arrivée, ainsi qu’au moment du départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour — merci beaucoup pour ce service très appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est au top : très complet avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. La chambre était propre et confortable, et s’il manquait quelque chose, le personnel était très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes.
L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé, avec le métro à environ 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans Londres.
Un séjour parfait pour nous et nos ados. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It was ok - could have been better, grateful for friendly staff and a tasty breakfast.
Pros:

It's very quiet one in the hotel and very easy to get to from the tube station - quite a few place nearby to get snacks and things. Staff were really nice and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. really tasty and super fresh with a lot of choice

Cons:

OK... booked a room for 4 - kept only being given 3 towels... no big deal - we could ask for more, bed sheet wasn't that clean. Hair dryer was knackered (but they did replace it for us very quickly) Bathroom was hot as sweaty too! - and steamed up. One morning the shower went scalding hot - it was dangerous. Biggest issue for us was the ineffectiveness of the air con!! it was soooo warm - it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. it just got hotter and hotter. In the end we had to open the window (not good on the 6th floor with a child - despite security catch and the noise from the traffic) also confused... it allowed us to book a "family" room for 3 adults and a child which was one double bed and a double sofa bed but also said that that double sofa bed is only suitable for children under 12!???

Ok for budget friendly don’t expect nothing amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was good staff were friendly and price was great.

Cons:

The mattress was rock hard and other rooms were so loud. Woke up to shouting in the hallways at 4am. Also the bathroom was dated and wasn’t clean as there was a poop in the toilet.

L’emplacement, pas trop loin du métro à 4 minutes du métro

Cons:

C’est dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français et que les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans la formule du soir
