Great value, great location for walking downtown Gatlinburg.
Pros:

The location was great, easy to walk to the main attractions & restaurants. Our room was comfortable, clean & was a good size. Staff members were extremely helpful & polite. The indoor pool area was really great for kids. Great value for that area & walkable proximity is key. We had a K room with fireplace, didn’t use fireplace, but I’m sure that’s nice in fall/winter.

Budget hotel in good location.
Pros:

Staff (Becky) resolved room issue

Cons:

Allocated room within the enclosed pool area pumped a chlorine smell in through air-con. Very unpleasant but staff moved us without issue.

Pros:

I loved the staff, the lady with the lemonade, the hotel is beautiful and clean.

Cons:

It would have been better if they had stopped the teenagers in the indoor pool area from throwing footballs over other guests heads that had babies.... when I asked about that the next day I was told they had "private security" so I guess we get to pay near 200 bucks for a room and couldn't even enjoy the pool...
