Never gonna return ! To many issues with this outdated lodge . Definitely was not worth its value .
Pros:

Clean bed , Great location

Cons:

Hard bed, sink was clogged up and staff said matenace had already went home . Offered another room but kids were sleeping and settled in. Remote battery was dead , they had to replace those . The place is very outdated and I would never return!

Clean, cozy, impressive
Pros:

Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel felt very much like a MCM lodge walking in. The indoor pool was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor facilities were also very nice. Everything was easily accessible. Love the quiet location close to all the main Gatlinburg attractions. Our room gave a much more upscale feel for a lodge. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't care for was the firmness of the beds. If you are used to a softer, more plush mattress you may not find the beds comfortable.
