Not at all what we expected.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lobby, waterpark area & the grounds of the hotel was very nice. The room we were in was a whole other story. It needed serious repair work. The ceiling in our room & the walk way were damaged and sagging. The tub needed significant repair work. The vents were caked in dust & who knows what else. The hotel was obviously not full yet we were placed in this subpar room at the farthest part of the property. I felt like because we used booking.com we were given subpar room while other well cared for rooms set empty.

Overall, a great stay right off the strip!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly! Location is great! The indoor pool and waterfall was a big hit with my daughter! Upon our arrival we were told there would likely be bears at night, we were not disappointed! Three seen in just a few hours!

Cons:

Coffee shop was out of cold brew at 9 am! Not the end of the world, but as somone who needs his morning coffee fix I was disappointed. Luckily there are plenty of places right by the hotel.

Saltwater hot tub was excellent
Pros:

The indoor pool and saltwater hot tub was excellent! The harmless bears walking around the property and surrounding areas is a sight to see

Just like other hotels, limited hot water, I think they should install tankless hot water heaters
