Clean room, friendly staff but the hotel could use some upgrades
Pros:

loved the indoor pool but it definitely gets crowded and a lot of parents ignore the signs about allowing children in the hot tub so kids were climbing in and out of it.

Cons:

Our room was nice but could use some upgrades for sure. the drawers and handles were falling apart and spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall it was very clean though.

Slightly disappointing honestly.
Pros:

The pool was incredible it was very clean and the towel bucket stayed full.

Cons:

This was a bucket list trip for my dad who is very ill.
As soon as we walked in my immunocompromised Dad got his foot cut but the bedframe. The beds were rock hard. The vending machines stole your cash and tried to charge your card $99 for a can of soda. The front desk people were not helpful at all in regards to the money being taken by the vending machine and Josh was eating and speaking with his mouthful every time we addressed him. Dropping food everywhere and very unprofessional. The offered gauze for my dads ankle and that’s all. I had to request maintenance to come wrap the shape bedframe.
Overall the hotel was clean because of amazing housekeepers, the pool was incredible and the location was great.
If you want a soft bed, professional employees and working vending machines don’t stay here.

It was decent stay, but felt a bit gross and outdated.
Pros:

The layout of the pool was really cool. I liked that there was a restaurant there too.

Cons:

We had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. The pool looked really dirty, like it needed to be scrubbed or repainted. We ran out of toilet paper and had to call to get some more. Needs to be updated.

Other places to stay with better accommodations for same money!
Cons:

This was 3rd year in a row staying here for anniversary. Last year while in pool and hot tub area there was toe nails around and in bottom of hot tub. Hair and sink top in room bathroom and around room. We told the desk attendees and they apologized an said they was understaffed again ( year 2 ). We decided to give them another chance because of location. This year room had moldy smell. Someone's dirty socks was on shelf with clean towels in bathroom and hair on bathroom sink also. Took several minutes to get hot water in shower and sink, also sink took forever to drain. Shower valve handle was about to fall off. Door to balcony was noisy when opening that got other people's attention that was on there balconies. Attendant ask how our stay was so far and my wife said it would be our last time staying there and ask when there renovations wou.d start since the 1st year we stayed they said they would start in next year or 2. He apologized and said that they just got all new mattresses.
