Lovely staff, clean room perfect location for sightseeing
Maybe there was repair going on… I could hear drilling sound. The shower booth was not completely sealed therefore some water splashed out of the bath tub. The room was small but cozy and comfortable and staff were friendly.

Facility is very good, and the hotel has night guard too. It’s safe to stay.

Great location to walk around town.
The property is in a good area for shopping and restaurants. The facility had some areas in disrepair. For 3.5 hours we had no power. Therefore no tv, no shower, no lights, etc. it was a two block power outage but not even an offer of a complimentary breakfast for inconvenience.
The airline cancelled our flight and we had to find another hotel. Hotel Neil had a room and we liked the fact it was in a different district than where we had been staying. The room was on the top floor. Very Parisian looking. Very small but we found a lot of hotel rooms in Paris are small. The staff was nice. Breakfast was very nice choices for 12euro. The hotel was on a quiet street. It was a 15 min. Walk to Arc de Triomphe. Bed was a bit lumpy but we slept well .
A perfect location for our Parisienne experience and the Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner. The staff are very gracious and accommodating. The 17th arrondisement has everything there's to offer and the Metro is well within walking distance to take you everywhere you need to go.
The place is nearby to many attractions however the room is really small and not enough space to move. Also, not too many options in breakfast. One.can price only for staying nearby famous attractions

Bathroom was leaking alot and made all the floor wet after each shower, the windows was not soundproof at all which made sleeping hard early morning

Good breakfast.The location is 10 minutes walking to Arc de Triomphe.
Short walk to Metro and Champs Elysee.
One to avoid. Staff is very disrespectful
This hotel is a prime example of shady hotels to avoid in Paris. Only focus is on gauging the most money from customers. The customer service is by far the worst we experienced with very arrogant staff at the desk refusing to make any change to booking few hours after booking. If you want a good experience, there are hundreds of others. We ended up falling for the proximity to tourist areas factors and ended up being a steep price.
