The welcome from reception was non existent. No offer of help with bags also
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for walking into town and sightseeing. Room whist not modern was clean and had all thays needed for a comfortable stay. Great pillows.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Excellent location for buses, trains and shops and pubs all within easy walking distance.
The TV reception was bad, normally would not matter but we are football fans so it was annoying.
La chambre était confortable et agréable, il y avait tout le nécessaire.
Nous avons malheureusement été placé dans la chambre collée à l’ascenseur donc très bruyant le soir et le matin. Ajoutez à ça le train juste en dessous de la fenêtre… pas vraiment calme.

Rooms excessively hot, even with windows wide open, staff seemed a little offhand except the excellent lady receptionist , being chased up to order and eat dinner quickly as they shut the kitchen at 2000 ( didn’t tell us that when we booked a table), breakfast was expensive for what it was ( worst on our touring holiday). The croissants were obviously yesterday’s and stale.

Spacious and well-lit rooms, with comfy beds. There is an enclosed parking. Staff working there was incredible. Great location for both driving around and exploring Sligo. It was nice to have a restaurant for when we couldn't find dinner options in-town, it serves really decent dinners.
Slightly underwhelming breakfast, esp considering the price
Lovely spacious room and bathroom, very comfy bed. Great facilities with use of the gym and swimming pool
