Fabulous, I would stay nowhere else in Sligo.
Pros:

Location was perfect, beside rail/bus station and very close to the town centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Great parking facilities. Access to a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room for all guests. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the food was delicious, as was dinner at the hotel.

Comfortable but starting to deteriorate…
Pros:

They look after us motorcyclists well.
I had an amazing and HUGE room and enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast food was excellent.

Cons:

The pool facilities are tired: no keys for the lockers, wet changing room floor, rusty pool area ceilings….
And please stop playing power ballads at breakfast - it spoils the relaxing start to the day.

Very pleased
Pros:

Very convenient location.Comfortable and clean .

Cons:

Entrance steps even though a little ft was available i think a ramp would be more convenient .

Nice hotel in central location
Pros:

Good location. Easy walk to centre of town - restaurants, shops, etc.
Room was very quiet and spacious. Clean and comfortable.
Leisure centre very clean and nice.
All staff we met were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Too many steps! At front of building and on the way to our room. No lift.

For the height of the tourist season the rates were reasonable, the location was perfect.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to store my bag, the breakfast choice and quality of everything was top class, the rooms were fine and the fan was appreciated, the room was street side but didn't hear a thing.

Cons:

The bed covers were too heavey and in this heat...tho there was drinking waters I could have used more water and milk.

Pros:

Great location. All of the staff were exceptional at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a really comfortable stay and would highly recommend!!

Very comfortable hotel in convenient location.
Pros:

Very happy with room. Would prefer hand piece in shower rather than a fixed head.

Cons:

Price would have been better value if breakfast was included.

Some of the breakfast crockery wasn't very clean - could do with replacing.

My breakfast table was cleared away 2 mornings in a row before I was finished. (I was at the buffet). I left a personal item on the table the 2nd morning to indicate the table was still occupied but that was removed also.

No pots of yoghurt available at breakfast.

Refreshment tray in room was replenished with teas, coffees, etc even when I asked only for new towels at reception.
