Vriendelijk personeel + heel lekker restaurant
Iets uit het centrum gelegen
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and wonderful food in The Pottery restaurant
The room was tiny and why there have to be rooms at all right above the noisy bar and reception is inexplicable! The main business of using hotels is to sleep and the loud music went on until midnight. Also the leisure centre is in a separate building and one has to walk through the car park (in the downpours) to access it. There was no drinking water in the rooms either and the TV was old fashioned and had a tiny screen
Good location and staff are friendly
No fan or AC provided when asked and room was smelly
The Buffet breakfast was excellent with self service from the large amount of items. Dinner in The Pottery Room was excellent with a large number of choices for Starter, Main Course and Dessert- charges for 2 or 3 courses. The free parking was in closes proximity. From the Check-in to the dining facilities the staff were most friendly and helpful.

Dinner was gorgeous really enjoyed the Pottery Restaurant
Breakfast could have been a little better.
Located in a quiet location beside a wildlife reservation area and close to the sea. Comfortable bed. The first hotel that has adopted the use of cold filtered water dispensers located in the corridors (with carafes provided in the room for filling and in-room use). The use of Elemis soap was nice to enjoy but not sure if it is necessary in this price point of a hotel.
The evening meal - ordered potato skins which literally were that - no potato hardly on the skins. Whilst the rooms have radiators, there's no air conditioning, so on a hot balmy night, the only relief is to open the window (sometimes of no use when the sun is shining directly onto the window itself (even with the curtains closed).
Everything
Bathrooms dont have sliding doors water will be splashing all over
Staff were so friendly and helpful . Lesley on reception was so lovely along with the lovely Portuguese Maitre D in the restaurant and his French waitress
Comfy bed, great food, friendly staff
The spa is a little dated and needs some fixing here and there
