Pros:

The staff and the food are amazing..plenty of areas to sit and relax .

Cons:

A few more television channels wouldn’t be a bad thing, the outside area is in need of some TLC as the area was covered in lights (not turned on) an outdoor heater ( not plugged in) glasses left all over the walls and tables outside even though the hotel was fully booked with a good few children running around it was like an accident waiting to happen.

The breakfast was nice. The rooms comfy and comfortable

The apple juice at breakfast wasnt nice and was watered down which was disappointing.

Excellent food
Pros:

Ate in the bar and the food was absolutely delicious (3 mains and desserts all excellent) and the bar staff were so attentive especially Karen who could not have been more delightful.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

The bar food was amazing and the staff were so kind.
The breakfast was excellent also.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room and it was very warm.
The duvet is so noisy with the protection cover on it every turn in your sleep would keep you or your partner from sleeping.
Children running around the corridors.
No bath in the room.

Relaxing weekend
Pros:

Over the last few months me and my sister have stayed here twice - we use this as a relaxing weekend away with the access to the gym, pool and spa areas. We have always had a positive experience with all your staff members, your bar staff member / bar manager, Paul was exceptionally kind to us during our dinner. He had a great sense of humour, which really added to the experience and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Before his shift finished he came over to say his shift finished and he wished we both had a nice evening, It’s always lovely to be served by staff who are both professional and personable. Thank you for always being so accommodating.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Arklow Bay Hotel. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, location, cleanliness, value for money & a fantastic atmosphere. However what stood out most to us was the high standard the staff held themselves to & how happy, friendly, polite & willing to assist they all were. An absolute pleasure to stay here, the fabulous food was a bonus

Very happy Customer
Pros:

We have just returned from 2 nights stay in Arklow Bay hotel . It was excellent, location hotel, staff, food, lovely bedroom no complaints whatsoever. Janna who organised our reservation was most helpful and we were very Happy with our room. I need to use a wheelchair and had great space in the family room thanks to Janna s help. I would definitely recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars out of 5 stars. I 'll be back again
