Wir wollten kurz nach 14:00 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns gesagt, wir können erst um 15:30 das Zimmer beziehen. Obwohl im Portal 14:00 Uhr angegeben ist. Wir haben mit HP gebucht. Meine Frau hatte eine Pizza Margeritha, bei der der Teig nicht durchgebacken war, man konnte sie nicht essen. Ich hatte ein Stück Fleisch, das noch fast roh war. Auch nicht wirklich essbar.
Fazit, das Essen war sehr miserabel. Für uns ist das Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert. Service war ungenügend. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Fijne ontvangst, fijn dat we om 22u00 nog konden eten. Prima eten en drinken. Ruime complete kamer met fijne douche en separaat toilet. Wifi dik in orde. Ruim voldoende stopcontacten. Rustige ligging. Heel fijne bedden en kussens. Alleen was de vloerbedekking wat gevlekt. En zit er geen gordijn of wandje in de douche waardoor er water gespetterd wordt.

Service Très limite pour un 3 étoiles. Une seule bouteille d’eau offert durant tout mon séjour. L’offre thé et café dans la chambre est pauvre.
Petit déjeuner offre peu de choix. J’étais déçu par tout ce service limité.
Le personnel reste très agréable et professionnel.. heureusement.

L'hôtel ne tient pas compte des pré-paiements

C'est la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel que je suis débité 2 fois. j'ai prévenu l'agent à l'acceuil que la chambre avait été pré-payée. La personne m'a certifié que ce n'était pas le cas et que je devais payer la chambre. Le matin en partant je suis tombé sur un autre agent qui a effectivement constaté que la chambre avait été pré-payée et m'a dit qu'il allait faire le nécessaire pour me rembourser. 2 semaines se sont écoulées et je n'ai touché aucun Remboursement
