breakfast
We always love staying at the Bonaparte. The room is comfortable and the restaurant is great.
Breakfast delivery to the room. When we first came to the hotel there use to be a morning breakfast versus a scone.
Rather have a hot breakfast. Box ok.
Not a juice drinker.
L’accueil du personnel
L’accueil pauvre à mon départ
The staff welcomed us very warmly at our arrival. The room was lovely.
The location is perfect for visiting central Montreal with many restaurants and cafes just a few minutes away.
The staff was exceptionally helpful on many occasions and the hotel fulfilled all expectations for cleanliness and beauty in a walk to everything location. Could not have been more pleased.
I work in Hospitality, so I know first hand the difference between genuine acts of service and a canned routine. Valerie and Micheal were so warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our bartender and servers were knowledgeable and intuitive. We called for a late night delivery of wine and the gentleman was such a gem delivering it to us. I asked for a special picture printed upon arrival for our room and they delivered, which gave us both a good laugh. When checking out, they asked if we would like them to hold onto our bags while we continued to explore the city until later in the day. I will both recommend AND return for another visit. Thank you so much for a special weekend getaway.
The Hotel is not what it was Pre---Covid, the room and night restaurant/bar are very acceptable and appreciated. However....see below what we didn't like and is a deal breaker.
The Hotel is not what it was Pre---Covid, where the absence of a restaurant breakfast removes the charm and comfort that the Hotel previously was so well known for and appreciated. The box breakfast is not even a meager replacement for the restaurant. In fact eating from a box in ones room is rather depressing. The model is a fail and considering the cost of the room its time to take a pass in the future. The suggestion that there are local restaurants that make breakfast just an excuse. You have to walk considerable distance for a proper breakfast. NO apologies, or sorry you feel that way. It just a fact. Also Bonaparte has a partner hotel that does provide full kitchen service, so we heard the excuses and ignored the sad tails.
L’endroit en sois ( emplacement géographique) et le restaurant
Bruyant, mal insonorisé
Déjeuner continental incomplet ( manque fruit frais / protéine … )
The location is excellent and the room was perfect
We were expecting a great buffet at breakfast and instead they gave us a snack box that wasn’t great The staff wasn’t very friendly
Spacious, very clean, helpful staff, awesome location! Was super nice they delivered a breakfast box to your room daily
Beds were a little soft & you couldn’t pick what they delivered for breakfast
