Typical hotel for road trip. Very clean. Friendly staff. Conveniently located 5 min from downtown.
Pros:

It looks like the hotel was recently remodeled. The room was clean and spacious, nice decor. Ukiah is a cute town, with some good dining options.

Pros:

Staff was so friendly, rooms were very clean. Very hard to find a triple room anywhere and this room was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again when in Ukiah.

Convienant inexpensive stay with nice staff
Pros:

The staff were very kind, helpful, and curteous.The room was very clean and well stocked. I was thankful for the pool and hot tub. The coffee was hot! My bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great!

Cons:

There was a perfumed air freshener that was so strong it gagged me everytime I walked toward the lobby, even when I was outside. It was overwhelming and really ruined my breakfast as I was eating perfume! Breakfast needs some improvments there needs to be real 1/2 & 1/2 for the coffee, more variety of fruit, please provide yogurt and real whole grain bread. The toilet in the room was very wobbly and the toilet paper was of very poor qaulity.

ADA accessible room is very nice.
Pros:

The ADA room was very comfortable. King size bed; easy to use mobility scooter inside. Conveniently located near Gobbi Exit in Ukiah. We would stay here again.
