We would absolutely go back
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. The layout was nice. The staff was friendly and they serve a nice hot breakfast every morning with Starbucks coffee

The only thing was the first time we stayed the floor was dirty, but they mopped it and took care of

Had great reviews but it didn’t live up to them.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There was a dead rat in front of my parking space. I told the staff but it was still there 24 hours later. The bedding and towels were stiff and rough from too much bleach. The bed frame didn’t hold the mattress safely and I felt like i was going to fall off the bed. I slept in the middle of the bed to feel safe.

Pros:

Large room ada approved and very close to a post office, social security office, and restaurants.

Cons:

Ada rooms had some road noise and lacked a bureau or closet to put our clothes or shelf for toiletries. Breakfast should have fruit or yogurt . Mortuary next door!

Great facilities, loved the shower and bed was comfy!

Cons:

Breakfast was not my taste tbh. Biscuits and gravy or premixed waffles is not my thing. Would have personally preferred yogurt and oats for example 😊

Clean pet friendly place to spend the night
Pros:

Liked everything. Manager/Owner nice and professional. Friendly and very accomodating my request for a quiet pet friendly room. speaking of pets...excellent area for dogs to go to the bathroom even provide poop bags if you forget to bring. Over all the best pet friendly clean welcoming place I have ever stayed in Ukiah.

Location is good but not sure we would stay again.
Pros:

Room had 3 beds and in a location close to the purpose of the trip.

Cons:

Room floors were not cleaned. Beds were squeaking and noisy. Housekeeping did not keep up on room or supplies. Did not have enough towels, tp or coffee on a day to day basis.
