Great location, very clean and quiet

Having work done on the building
Loved the location and how accommodating the staff were.
It was really hard to regulate temperature in the room as it only had a portable heater in the main room.
Very large room , comfy beds, lovely view.

It’s old and tired the facility. Really just a 3 star hotel
Nice sunny, upstairs room overlooking the front courtyard with the mountains in the distance. Minifridge was useful. Large, well-appointed bathroom. Comfy beds, onsite parking. Walking distance to shops etc.
External light at front entrance shines through curtains at night. Lack of lift made it difficult for my elderly mother to get to room and for me carrying the suitcases upstairs.
We liked how central it was and that we could sit outside our room in the sun.
Really needs more things like a toaster, plates, cutlery - not everyone wants or can afford to eat every meal out and having these makes life a little easier and affordable
Terrible I’d never go back not enough and basic didn’t look like a chef had cooked it no poached eggs tomatoes nothing to make that plate look amazing
I would stay again but never breakfast not keeping up with your Hanmer restaurants
