Pros:

Local and close to restaurants. Comfy bed.

Good stay overall.
Pros:

Very pretty and the staff were lovely. The food was amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay at Edit Hanmer Springs the rooms are comfortable & location is ideal
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location to cafes, restaurants & retail stores it’s also a short walk to Hanmer springs
We also loved the history of the building & they even have Happy Hour

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and always keen to help . I have stayed there a few times however this is the first time under the new name and it was the best service I've received. The breakfast was hot, so tasty and very good. The room I had was great as a solo traveler it was well spaced and even had a bath! The bed was extremely comfortable. Absolutely would recommend this place and will be staying again.

Rooms vary in features and layout size etc but price stays the same as others in category. Find it a little misleading - you sometimes don’t get what you booked in the photos etc

Pros:

The staff are so lovely and made checking in a breeze. Our room was separate from the main building and was really private and warm. The bed would be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, so soft and warm, Shower had great pressure and I like that the body wash, shampoo etc is provided.
Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of the town with great dining and shopping right at the end of the driveway. There is ample parking.
Definitely will be back and will be telling anyone who is looking for accommodation.

Comfortable rooms
Pros:

Room was comfortable, especially the beds. Staff at check-in were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little outdated and there was no communication from staff about a power cut that occurred. Front desk was unmanned, and my spouse had to hunt someone down in the restaurant who was not very helpful. If staff could not be present at the front desk, then a note should have been left outlining the situation.
