The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and very central to the township
Not giving all the information needed at check in, was not told about check out times. When we asked for more towels we were told it was $6 for each towel what they failed to mention was that it cost for each day with them so for 3 days this would end up costing $45. Our dinner took almost an hour and a half with no mention of wait times. Breakfast we rung down to order then later they came up and said they couldn’t do that and we had to come down, then when we came down we asked if the cooked breakfast was free and they said yes but we were charged for this. Additionally I preordered a $60 cheese board for our 5 year anniversary and we got a lot of cheese with no crackers to put it on so we had to go across to the four square to buy the crackers ourselves.

Clean rooms, all necessary room amenities supplied, very warm.
Couldn’t get the TV to operate, only a few channels were available which was ok as we were out a lot, but if it was wet we may have liked. Heaters might need new plugs.
Where it was situated was excellent. Lively older style hotel.

Great location and the room was lovely. Definitely stay again without question.
Almost everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff member we saw on check in and check out was really lovely, the room was really nice, clean, and well set up. It was super close to everything so we didn't have to drive anywhere, which was a wonderful bonus!
The only minor issues we experienced were the lack of a lift, so had to carry our heavy bags up the 2 short flights of stairs, but that's a first-world problem, so not a biggie! And our room was way too warm overnight, so we didn't sleep well because of it. I couldn't find where to turn the temperature down.
But other than those two small things, we loved our stay!
We didn't have breakfast on-site. We love the central location of the Edit hotel. Love the open fire too - so cosy
Nothing major - it would just be good to have a little more cutlery ie a couple of knives and forks. We got takeaway and needed to use the teaspoons
Very handy location. The room is a very good size. Nice big comfortable bed. The staff were lovely.
The buffet breakfast was a let down. Minimal food, cold coffee. However the staff were lovely.
