Esta bien, pero podría ser mejor en relación al precio
Pros:

El Hotel quedo algo alejado de las atracciones de París, pero esta a pasos del metro, por lo que tiene buena conectividad. Es un barrio de estética industrial que fue renovado y ahora tiene muchos restaurantes, bares, cine, supermecado y un parque a pasos del Hotel. La recepción fue buena, sobretodo la recepcionista española, muy amable y super atenta.
Cuenta con una gym con poco equipamiento, pero se logra hacer ejercicio con lo que hay, eso igual se agradece.
El desayuno podría tener más verduras y frutas, también opciones sin gluten, ya que es bastante pan y masas dulces, en relación al precio 19 euros.
La habitación esta bien, camas cómodas y cuenta con los implementos básicos para cocinar.
Lo malo es que pedimos 3 días seguidos que nos hicieran la limpieza de la habitación y solo a la tercera insistencia lo realizaron cuando ya nos quedaban 2 días para partir. El aire acondicionado funcionaba cuando quería y eso fue algo mal por la ola de calor que nos toco durante la estancia de 8 días.
Mi recomendación es estar más atentos a esos detalles.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. On a pu déposer nos valises et récupérer une chambre avant l'heure. Propreté impeccable, appartement confortable, situation stratégique par rapport aux commerces, transports.... Un quartier agréable, où on se sent en sécurité.

Een fijn, confortabel en mooi, modern appartement
Pros:

Het appartement was ruim en modern, fijn dat alle vier de slaapkamers een eigen douche en toilet hebben. Daarnaast is de keuken goed uitgerust en was er koffie en thee om te pakken

De douchedeur was kapot en zat aan elkaar met plakband en op 1 kamer was de radiator warm terwijl het buiten 30 graden was

L'emplacement, la grandeur de l'appartement et les équipements.

Cons:

La qualité du service, la maintenance de l'appartement.
Le.manque de papier toilette, aucun rouleau en en stock. Oblige d'en demander tous les jours a la réception. Climatisation inexistante dans la chambre 4.
Fuite clim chambre 1 et clim bloquée au maximum chambre 3.
2 douches sur 4 bouchées avec inondation des chambres.

Nice and clean apartment in a nice local neighbourhood with easy access to metro
Pros:

Nice and local neighbourhood away from touristic areas. Very local vibe. Easy walking distance from St Emilio metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice modern apartment with kitchen. Comfortable bed but blanket a bit too warm for spring season. It has guest laundry. The Vercy village looks very nice with decent dining options and shops nearby

Cons:

The AC is not great as it is the old eco type which is basically ventilation fan. I get overheated during sleep and the spring weather has been warmer than usual

Cons:

I booked a apartment with balcony and the apartment was supposed to be 24 m2 but the room was not bigger than around 15-17 m2. There was no chairs on the balcony and only one chair inside the whole room so we really expected more and paid for more.

Convenient & comfortable. Lovely cobblestone area with plenty of choice for dining out.
Pros:

Good location. Very close to trains & eateries. Cooking facilities available in room. Comfortable with all necessaries. Each afternoon had plate of cookies/tarts for the taking near lifts…nice touch!

Cons:

Sometimes Reception a little too casual with person in attendance ignoring you until he was ready. Most were friendly.
