It was my second time at Bercy, I would definitely come back. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is great.
Pros:

For such a busy hotel it’s very little noise. Location is great and the village friendly and safe.

Cons:

Sometimes either the room or elevator key wouldn’t work.
Asked for more coffee pods and was told I had to buy a box (there were 4 pods in the room, there was 2 of us and we stayed for 4 nights)

安全性挺高 上楼必须刷卡 而且位置很好 离bercy village一步之遥 吃的选择很多 14号metro也就在楼下 无人驾驶的地铁开得快同时也不怕罢工

房间真的太小了 到达的当天前台工作人员态度很差 不知道的还以为我得罪他什么了

Très bon séjour, et proche des activités que nous avions prévues.
Pros:

Equipement, jeux pour enfants, espace.
A proximité qui cour St Emilien (pour l'animation du soir : les restaurants)

Cons:

Le fait qu'il y ait une carte magnétique pour la porte des 4 chambres étaient un peu perturbant. Il ne fallait pas fermer la porte et laisser la carte à l'intérieur de la chambre avec un bébé qui dort : cela nous est arrivé plusieurs fois.

L'emplacement calme avec peu de circulation, à proximité du métro (15 mn du centre de Paris), proche des commerces essentiels (supermarché, boulangeries, traiteurs, restaurants).
Appartement relativement bien équipé.

Hôtel pratique, sympa, propre, avec une réceptionniste super efficace, agréable et qui bosse dur.
Pros:

À la réception de l'hôtel, on a eu la chance de rencontrer une employée espagnole super sympa qui s'est bien occupée de nous. Cette personne est un vrai atout pour l'hôtel, car elle a rendu notre séjour super agréable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Je ne peux pas en dire autant de ses collègues qui, au contraire, étaient moins sympas et moins disponibles pour résoudre les problèmes.
J'espère que cette chaîne hôtelière sait apprécier ce genre de personnel indispensable dans les hôtels.
