Pros:

La posizione. In generale dalle foto le camere/appartamento sembrano differenti e più curate. Ok per una breve vacanza. Ben collegata con la linea metropolitana

Cons:

Le camere/appartamento non sono molto curate nella pulizia. Manca la cura dei dettagli e delle finiture. Al nostro arrivo il divano letto era chiuso e lo abbiamo dovuto aprire da soli. In generale la struttura non era molto pulita.

De kamer was veel ruimer dan we verwachtten, ruim balkon op de 7 e verdieping, alles was schoon, heerlijk bed.

Cons:

De toeristenbelasting is erg hoog, voor 5 nachten moesten we zo'n 100 euro bijbetalen.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

The building was kind of old. The interior of the apartment had little flaws that were not shown in the photos. The whole accomodation buliding seems more premium in the phots than it is in reality, where it looks kind of cheap. It was not uncomfortable, but it really made me question if it was worth the money.

Good location for a weekend in Paris
Pros:

Good location, nearby a metro station. Local shops, bakery and supermarket are good. Compact apartment with all facilities you need for a long weekend. Apartment was properly cleaned. The area was realy quiet and comfortable with a park nearby. Private parking garage below the building.

Cons:

Not the newest interior but just fine.
