Great location poor maintenance and service

Great location and family friendly

Cons:

Lots of maintenance issues, washing machine and dryer not working, foxtel remote not working, air conditioning leaking…spoke to front of house said they would fix remote/tv never did and emailed property about maintenance - no response.
