Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. During this period, a takeaway menu is available at a price of €8/person. It includes a selection of fresh and varied products, accompanied by a hot drink - reservation required at reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

We had a great short stay here. The room we got was well above what we would have expected for the price paid and what really helped was the friendly service from all staff, which makes a big difference. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Inconvénient chambre en duplex. Peu lumineux.
Ascenseur jusqu'au septième étage hors service. Accès par ascenseur jusqu'au sixième puis accès escalier.
Ascenseur sale ( du probablement aux travaux en cours dans l'hôtel )

Hotel with a good location and a great receptionist, Jack.
Pros:

First, I must say that Jack is the added value of this hotel. He's passionate about his job and cares deeply about the guests' comfort. He advises on what to see and where to eat, and will do his best to help in every respect. As for the hotel itself, it's clean and has everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, good internet, comfortable beds, and a good location (a 3-minute walk to the Mercado, where delicious food is served), a 15-minute walk to the city center. The only thing is that the furniture is quite old, but that doesn't bother me at all. There's an elevator to the upper floors, which is important for disabled guests.

ロケーションが最高でした。SNCFの駅から近く、またトラムの駅も近いのでどこへ行くにもとても便利でした。市場も近いです。近隣にレストランやパン屋さん、スーパーもあります。スタッフの方は非常に親切です。

On ne peut pas augmenter le chauffage dans la salle de bain. Les desodorisants d'intérieur sentent extrêmement fort et on ne pouvait pas aérer car de notre côté une personne faisait des travaux extérieurs . R

Pros:

La localisation de ce Citadines est excellentes (près de la gare Part-Dieu) et bien desservie par tram (d'ailleurs l'indication de l'adresse de cet appart-hotel devrait être complétée par la station de tram correspondante). Personnel accueillant chaleureux.

Bon emplacement. Beaucoup de choses à revoir

La literie beaucoup trop dure
5 nuits comme ça on repart avec le dos en vrac.
Pour un appartement « rénové », le canapé lit ne faisait pas partie de la rénovation. Très difficile à ouvrir, en fait il fallait être 2 pour y arriver.
Le parking : accès difficile, il ne faut surtout pas avoir une tres grosse voiture.
Si j’avais vu le parking avant de payer 5 nuits à 16€…je n’aurais sûrement pas réservé.
