Starting in October 2025, our serviced residence will undergo a beautification project and will remain open during the renovations. During this period, a takeaway menu is available at a price of €8/person. Pros:

Receptionist at welcome very friendly

Cons:

Both lifts were broken and took 3 days to get repaired (over Easter). We were on to (7th) floor and had to carry our luggage all the way up. Breakfast lady unfriendly in the morning. Worst was that my tyre of my car got broken while parking in the very narrow garage, with a very narrow entrance with a high curb on the side that knicked my tyre. Worst hotel experience since a long time...

Il prezzo era conveniente e lo staff è stato molto disponibile.

Cons:

La reception con i lavori in corso...molto poco accogliente. La stanza spoglia e non particolarmente pulita, mancava una bottiglia di acqua e gli asciugamani erano essenziali. Vicino al letto mancavano le prese.

Séjour bien situé à proximité de la Part Dieu du métro et des Halles
Pros:

Emplacement idéal et l’appartement était très jolie en duplex

Cons:

Malheureusement l’établissement était en travaux le dernier jour l’ascenseur était HS on était au 7eme étage

Pros:

O apartamento que fiquei era muito bom. Pequena cozinha bem equipada, cama confortável, banheiro com banheira e produtos de higiene, aquecedor e tomada do lado da cama. Os funcionários são MUITO queridos e queria destacar o atendimento da Wendy. Localização ótima, pertinho do shopping Westfield (na mesma rua basicamente) e da Gare de trem também.

Hôtel idéalement situé
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche de la gare à pieds et du centre historique. Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables cependant ce n'était pas un grand lit mais 2 matelas réunis, un sur-matelas aurait été apprécié pour éviter l'espace entre les 2 lits.

Cons:

L'éclairage trop faible de la salle de bain, et le lave-vaisselle en panne alors que la chambre vient d'être rénovée.
