Location was very convenient and in a fun area. I was able to wash a load of clothes for €9 which was very appreciated. Staff was helpful setting it up for me but did not explain it well. Uber not able to drop you off in front of hotel due to being pedestrian area, and walking with suitcase was rough on pavers.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to numerous restaurants and cafes and easy walk to key sites like the Art Museum and the old town (Vieux). The hotel's in a restricted vehicle zone. We parked nearby and ran in with our bags. We were given good directions in advance of how to manage this. We were in a deluxe room with air conditioning. The kitchenette is well equipped and the room a comfortable size. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The aircon was quite noisy so we turned it off at night. Only a doona on the bed with no top sheet. Was way too hot. We created a top sheet by taking off the doona cover :).

Booking.com charged me for the city tax when i booked online, but i had to pay again in person at the hotel. Still not resolved and pending the availability of my bank statement but the hassle brought by these kinds of disconnects between Booking.com and the properly should not be passed to visitors

Great location for us, good sound proofing and quiet, kitchenette, table, ample space and closet, coffee available in lobby. Most staff were helpful and friendly.
Weekend staff don’t know how to interact with customers. Beware the breakfast police who won’t allow ceramic mug if you don’t pay for the breakfast option.

A little noisy with sounds from the street, even from a high floor. But the windows were double paned and there were fans provided so it didn’t bother us much
Its position couldn’t be more perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet despite being near bars and restaurants. Great spot for a Lyon sojourn!

Localisation exceptionnelle à quelques minutes de marche de tout. Personnel courtois. Super accueil. Breuvages chauds à volonté 24/24. Fontaine d’eau à l’entrée.
La nuit on doit fermer les fenêtres car c’est un peu bruyant. Ce n’est pas un problème majeur en mai mais durant la saison chaude, en absence de climatisation ce sera certainement un peu chaud car c’était limite pour moi.
