établissmnt moderne, sympathique, confortable, admirablement situé, mais a des marges d'amélioration

accueil à la réception; confort de l'appartement ; bâtiment moderne...; situation idéale à tous points de vue

Cons:

- la climatisation!! c'est un gros problème, qui va s'aggraver; jusqu'à 2h00 du matin, ma nuit a été un supplice
- le garage : ça avait l'air tellement compliqué d'après les avis sur Tripadvisor (plafond à 2,10 m, box étroit...) que je n'ai même pas essayé avec ma C3 Aircross ; on devrait pouvoir réserver une place, car d'après ce que j'ai compris, on n'a une place de parking que si il en reste une... Il faudrait aussi préciser la largeur possible. Heureusement il est possible de trouver facilement des places sur l'autre rive (vers rues Kuhn et Kagenek), le stat. payant ne commençant qu à 9 h 00

Hotter inside than outside
Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

Way too hot inside the room and impossible to get enough airflow from outside to cool the room. I could not sleep. I checked out early and requested a partial refund. They wrote a sincere apology and said the cost of checking out early is the first night, which is exactly what I was asking for: just a refund of the second night when I was not there. They said they would look into the situation. I have not heard back, a week later.

Goede ligging in het centrum en parkeer mogelijkheden

Cons:

Goed aandacht schenken aan de route naar het hotel toe. Hotel ligt een n een voetgangerszone en je moet eerder een straat inrijden. Het staat in de informatie die van het hotel wordt ontvangen maar Joke moet het wel goed tot je nemen vooraf. Anders wordt het een zoekplaatje !

De locatie, en het was schoon

Cons:

Wij zaten op de 5e verdieping, ( met schuine kant) het was er bedompen, sfeerloos, heet, zonder airco met een klein raam ( gelukkig nog wel een ventilator, maar met die hitte niet te doen)
De kitchenette, aan vervanging toe, was nagenoeg leeg, absoluut niet geschikt om in te koken
Zelfs geen drinkglazen, alleen 2 likeur en 2 cognacglaasjes
Geen koffiezetapparaat, je kon dan wel beneden gratis koffie halen
Wij hebben veel overnacht in appartementen ( ook apart hotels), maar dit was verreweg de minste.
Ik snap werkelijk de positieve reacties niet.

Niestety obsługa niezbyt miła . W obiekcie było dość brudno . Na szafce leżały zurzyte plastry . Nie poinformowano nas ani innych gości że w dniu rezerwacji zostają zamknięte drogi . Pani w recepcji nie była zbyt miła gdy mialą wytłumaczyć nam jak dojechać do obiektu . W pokoju nie działa klimatyzacja. Jak dla mnie nie polecam
