Great for my stay!
Pros:

Great location, easyish walk from main train station and close to the main tram stop and main square and shopping area. The city is very walkable and this hotel is in the most perfect locaiton.
The Studio room that I stayed in was quite roomy with a little balcony, kitchenette. Separate toilet. Only flaw, no sink in the toilet room.

l'accueil le personnel était vraiment top, dès notre arrivée ! nous étions super bien accueilli et bien renseigné c'était top!

Cons:

la place kléber est pas forcément très bien fréquenté mais c'est indépendamment de l'hotel :)

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Muy bello el hotel y la habitacion muy amplia. Eramos 4 y nos tocó una habitación con 1 cuarto con cama doble y una sala de estar grande con sillón cama que se transformaba en 2 camas individuales. Hay una cocinita con microondas heladera lavabo y lavavajillas. El baño esta separado de la ducha por lo que es cómodo para bañarse y no molestar a los que quieren ir a hacer pis. En la recepción nos atendieron re bien. Hay café gratis en la recepción del hotel con mucha variedad de cosas para tomar. Y en la habitacion tambien hay una pequeña cafetera y una pava eléctrica. La ubicación esta muy bien tambien.. a 10 minutos de la catedral. Llegamos antes del horario de check in y nos dejaron pasar a la habitacion porque estaba lista.

Cons:

Nada, todo estuvo muy bien.

We had a great time in a well loc hotel. The room we were moved to was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did, however, need to be upgraded to a larger room than what we originally booked. It was very small, and the storage space was limited.
