Emplacement parfait mais sonorisation très mauvaise
Pros:

L'accès au centre et au transport en commun

Cons:

Le châssis de la terrasse était cassé et beaucoup de bruit de la rue , donc on a mal dormi

Personalul de recepție este tare prietenos.Fetele din România au fost și mai prietenoase și amabile (Roxana,Simona..) Felicitări lor!

Les petits déjeuner à revoir en qualité et tarifs - sommes allés à la boulangerie d’en face le 2 eme jour !
Avions notre logement côté boulevard, donc bruyant ! Impossible de profiter de notre balcon

Pros:

l'établissement très bien mais j'ai trouvé un peu loin de la place Massena étant donné que j'étais handicapé malgré les transports en commun
il manquait un grille pain sinon tout était impeccable

j ai aimé la chambre avec coin cuisine

Cons:

Lors de la réservation on propose petit déjeuner à 17 euros un peu cher à mon gout personnel
Sur place 3 formules qui existent mais pas mentionnées à la réservation....

Pros:

Personnel accueillant. Emplacement idéal à 5min de la promenade des Anglais, et plusieurs commerces à proximité. Le parking est un véritable point fort. Par contre l'accès est exiguë.

Cons:

La rampe d'entrée / sortie du parking est très étroite. J'avais une petite voiture donc je m'en suis bien sortie. Mais une voiture de taille familiale ne pourrait pas passer. Il faudrait prévenir les clients en avance.

Pros:

Le studio à été refait récemment, c est propre, bonne literie , calme , bien décoré.
Accueil chaleureux.
A 200m de la promenade des anglais , on voyait la mer du balcon .
A proximité du tramway, et bus sur la Promenade, à 20 minutes à pieds 👣 du centre .
Des commerces et restaurants proche de la résidence.
Un parking privé à 15e la journée. Un vrai luxe pour Nice !
