Pros:

L emplacement. Tout près de la promenade des anglais et du tram. Donc très simple et rapide pour visiter Nice.

Cons:

L aleze plastique est désagréable. Le rideau de douche. Impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte côté rue . Il faut donc essayer d avoir un appartement côté cour .

Le personnel est serviable et très sympathique
L’hôtel est propre et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin au quotidien. Il est idéalement situé à proximité des tram et bus et à même pas 5 min de la plage et de la promenade des anglais. Nous y avons séjourné 6 nuits en couple en avril 2026 et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir

Super Lage. Wir hatten das große Glück, ein Apartment im fünften Stock zum Garten hin zu haben. Das war sehr ruhig und der Blick einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für ein paar Tage in Stadt Urlaub braucht. Man ist schnell am Meer und genauso schnell bei der Tram Station in die Stadt. Danke an das freundliche Team für unser Upgrade.

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

J'ai adoré le rooftop et le balcon de la chambre qui donnait sur 1 jardin calme.
L'hôtel est bien situé.
Il est très propre et bien tenu.
Le personnel est très serviable.

Cons:

La salle de bain est petite.
Le prix est un peu cher. J'ai payé 800€ pour 1 studio pour 7 nuits + 35€ environ de taxes payables à l'arrivée .

Cons:

Only two sets of towels for two people for five nights was definitely not enough. The hotel should switch to a policy where they change towels and do some sort of cleaning every three nights instead of seven!
