Great stay in Nice
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy to get anywhere you want. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The luggage room is available, so you can leave all belongings there and fully enjoy your last day in Nice. :)

Cons:

Internet connection could be better. The signal was very weak.

Apartman na odličnoj lokaciji (dva minuta do plaže,dva minuta do prevoza).Čist,svetao prostran stan opremljen svim neophodnim za ugodan boravak.Kuhinja dovoljno opremljena za pripremu jednostavnijih jela,ketler,mikrotalasna,čak i malena mašina za pranje sudova.Apartman ima svoju terasu,vrlo veliku sa lepim pogledom na lepo uređeno dvorište a na poslednjem spratu je zajednička terasa gde se možete sunčati ili uživati u delimičnom pogledu na more. Odlično mesto za boravak u Nici.

Make yourself at home in Nice.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It was great to have a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. It was easy to walk into the city centre but it was also close to a tram stop from where you could travel to the airport or into town. It was 5 minutes walk from the sea front.

Cons:

Nothing much really. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and I didn’t like having a separate toilet without a hand basin.

Niezła lokalizacja, średnio z czystością.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko promenady Anglików, a jednocześnie blisko tramwaju do lotniska.
Ostatniego dnia można było za darmo zostawić walizki w schowku i móc swobodnie korzystać z wolnego czasu.

Cons:

Nie udało się skorzystać ze zmywarki bo nie pobierała wody. Z resztą po co zmywarka, jak w aneksie jest zaledwie komplet naczyń dla 2 osób. Na koniec Residhome pozwala poczuć Ci się jak pracownik hotelu oczekują że aneks kuchenny będzie posprzątany, a śmieci wyniesione, w przeciwnym razie sroga opłata za Sprzątanie.

Отель расположен вблизи английской набережной .У меня был день рождения и нам с подругой предоставили улучшеный номер с большим балконом ,чему мы были очень рады .Русскоговорящая сотрудница Ирина была очень внимательна и помогала и отвечала на наши вопросы .На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи . Было тихо и комфортно

Cons:

Минус -это уборка кухни .Вернее мусор и его вынос на -1 этаж по окончанию .Но пакетов мусорных не было .Огромное ведро в комнате без пакета внутри .Мы им не пользовались .Использовали свой пакет для выноса мусора . Хотите ,чтобы выносили мусор -нужно добавить пакеты .И еще вода в душевой не регулировалась.Кипяток лился .Помыться невозможно .Мы были 2 ночи .Не знаю ,как у людей получается настроить .

Il y avait vers 20h30 une personne qui fumait dans le studio d’a cote une a deux fois et comme le vent venait du nord, cela nous a incommoder

Séjour agréable mais l appartement nécessite un peu d entretien.

Les équipements à l intérieur de l appartement : insuffisance de pression de la douche, ouverture du réfrigérateur montée à l envers, dans salle de bain l étagère au dessus du lavabo ne permet pas d ouvrir complètement le robinet , insuffisance de ventilation de la salle de bain et WC d où des odeurs, impossibilité de réserver avec certitude un garage au préalable.
