Terrible experience at the hotel. The dark room the constant noise.

Cons:

We stayed in self catering apartment room 106. The room was dark during the day and we had to have the lights on but the worst thing was the plumbing noise which was like waterhammer and happened every few minutes all through the day and all through the night. This really affected our sleep and overall stay. I made a complaint to the staff and sent them videos of the noise but apart from offering us a free breakfast, they didn’t really want to know. I found the whole experience pretty terrible

Отличный отдых в Ницце
Pros:

Отель расположен вдали от туристической суеты старого города, в спокойном районе. Рядом с отелем трамвайная остановка, легко можно добраться до центра. Пляж рядом, буквально через дорогу. Номер не большой, но комфортный с небольшой кухней, есть все необходимое для приготовления несложных блюд. В целом отель очень хороший, один из лучших в своей ценовой категории.

Cons:

В здании один лифт на 7 этажей, особенно сложно его дождаться в часы уборки номеров персоналом, так как нагрузка увеличивается. На ресепшен крайне неприветливый персонал.

The worst Nice hotel experience

The location is good, close to the beach.

Cons:

I booked the room 6 month ago and was expecting at least something similar to images on Booking. Adding the images, so you can verify my words. The rooms is old, the bathroom ceiling is totally covered with mold, the bed linen is torn, a musty smell that won't go away.
Immediately we went to a receptionist to ask what’s the matter. Ira at the reception was surprised that we’re not satisfied and all she said was: “We have the rooms you see on Booking, but they’re all booked now, I can’t change the room and have no idea why your room doesn’t meet your expectations”. She was totally inhospitable. So, if you book the room in advance - you will not get the guarantee that you will be accommodated accordingly.

The underground parking was available, which at the first sign is a plus, there is no place to park outside. BUT the parking entrance is a total hell for the owner of cars bigger than Smart or Fiat.

The rules they provided us with during our check-in show once again how much they value the guests. Be ready to clean kitchen, empty bins on your own, otherwise they’ll fine you. Also, if you stay less then 7 days - no room cleaning and clean towels are included.

Our last day in Nice we spent away from the hotel room, but once we returned there was a wet floor, even thought the AC was off for the whole day as the hotel administration asked their guests to turn it off if you’re out or the balcony door is opened. As the result, there was a terrible smell and we don’t even have the idea where this water came from.

Foi agradável.
Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e estava bem limpo. Ar condicionado funcionava bem. Havia secador para cabelo o que eu adorei. Fiquei num quarto virado para a estrada e não ouvia grandes barulhos à noite. As pessoas da recessão foram sempre atenciosas e simpáticas, sem razão para queixas. Fica situado a menos de 5 minutos a pé da estação de metro e tem várias paragens de autocarro perto também. Em 5 minutos estávamos na praia e numa leve caminhada de 20 minutos estávamos na zona mais central de Nice. A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Acredito que para o preço que se paga por noite poderiam perfeitamente fazer a troca de toalhas. Tivemos 6 noites e 7 dias, como é óbvio as toalhas na casa de banho ficam sujas, ter que pagar extra por isso não faz sentido….foi o que eu menos gostei. Também há o facto de que o chuveiro não tinha pressão nenhuma de água, e para uma mulher com cabelo denso e longo é muito difícil tirar o shampoo.
Também faz falta haver uma esfregona pois o chão fica bastante molhado quando se toma banho, uma vez que não há grande proteção para a água não extravasar. Mas isso é algo que conseguimos também ter algum cuidado então não é nada de mais.
