Agréable séjour
Pros:

Très bien placé, à 150 m de la Promenade des Anglais et proche de toutes les commodités, l'appartement est agréable et bien équipé.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est trop cher.

Pros:

L'établissement etait propre, le personnal serviable, mais la chambre très bruyante ! Les sons extérieur sont omniprésent. J'ajouterai que la photo de l'offre et la réalité sont quelque peu embellie.

Pratique et bien situé bon rapport qualité/prix (mais en février )
Pros:

C’était très pratique avec leur parking, même si le parking est très étroit comme l’ont fit beaucoup de personnes. On avait une chambre avec balcon top.
La terrasse est bien mais bien sûr en février on n’en a pas beaucoup profité.

Cons:

C’est un peu bruyant. Encore une fois en février peu de monde mais j’imagine l’été ..

A Hidden Gem Near the Promenade
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apart-hotel in Nice. Everything was excellent!
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything necessary for self-catering. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was well heated, which we really appreciated.
We especially loved having our own private balcony overlooking a green garden. We could hear birds singing, and it was very peaceful both at night and in the morning. There was absolutely no noise, which made it perfect for relaxing.
There is also a shared terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view over the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The location is very convenient - only a 3-minute walk to Promenade des Anglais and about 5 minutes to Hotel Negresco. The price for the stay was very reasonable for the quality provided. It is also possible to purchase breakfast, although we did not use this option.

Cons:

The only small downside was the dishwasher, which did not clean the dishes properly, so we had to rewash everything by hand. However, this did not affect our overall positive experience.

Très bon accueil, parking en sous-sol, studio très propre, bien équipé et balcon sympa avec vue sur un joli jardin. Tout était parfait...

Cons:

Penser à prendre une éponge/liquide vaisselle car ce n'est pas fourni.

L’emplacement et la très grande gentillesse des personnes à l’accueil à l’écoute du client et du personnel en général à l’exception de la directrice de la résidence.

Cons:

1)Le comportement, non commercial, de la directrice de cet établissement ne tenant absolument pas compte de la fidèle cliente que je suis depuis de nombreuses années à raison de 2 fois par an. En effet j’ai dû quitter la résidence la veille de mon départ initialement prévu pour maladie. Aucun geste commercial et je ne fais même pas référence au remboursement de la nuitée.Il aurai fallu que je prévienne la veille… je ne sais pas prévoir à l’avance que je serai malade. ATTITUDE FORT REGRETTABLE ! 2) Séchoir de salle bain à revoir Cf Photos
