Clean and nicw
Pros:

Nice hotel with service minded staff. Clean room with service every second day. Everything works very well.

en invierno la piscina interior estaba lleno de adolecentes jugando a la pelota y molestando a las demas personas. fue muy incomodo.

Pros:

Super Hotel für Trainingslager, vor allem wenn man Triathlon macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ausgewogen. Das Personal überaus freundlich!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber könnten mal wieder renoviert werden.

Great week in the Tropic in April
Pros:

Just back from 7 days at the Tropic, 5th time and as always a great experience. Perfect location a short walk from the great beach, or Old Town Alcudia. The best advert for the hotel is the staff, extremely hard working and friendly, with a special mention for the restaurant and bar staff. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Quality hotel in a quiet location .
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed with a group of cyclists and the hotel catered for all our needs and relaxation.

Très décevant j’ai réservé pour bénéficier du spa qui ne fonctionnait pas !

Ni cafetière ( nous en avons une en la réclamant) ni nécessaire de nettoyage (éponge sac poubelle) pas de passoire ni grandes assiettes juste des petites tasses

Amazing staff
Pros:

This was our 3rd time visiting the Zafiro Tropic and loved it. The staff are so attentive and great with the kids. The food is fresh and great selection. Had a fab stay and can’t wait to return again

Excellent experience
Pros:

Excellent location, 5 min from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars . We were there with our 2 year old, and extended family and the staff couldn’t do enough for you the whole trip. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Great value for money. Great atmosphere with the kids entertainment too each day. Would highly recommend

Relaxing & comfortable stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel overall for families with young children. The Zafiro Tropic provides a great mix of well sized rooms, good quality buffet meals, a range of pools and other activities, including a well run kids club. It's well located, close to the beach and nearby to other restaurants if needed. The staff were excellent and the hotel is well maintained. The only thing a family might fault is the large groups of triathletes using the hotel for training camps who dominate the vibe. Overall, highly recommended.

Another lovely early season stay at Zafiro Tropic
Pros:

Have been staying here every year since 2013 and always had an excellent experience. The Staff in particular are an absolute delight and cant do enough for you. The hotel has improved greatly in its facilities over the last 5 years or so with some nice upgrades inside and out. We had a pool view apartment which was very well equipped with everything you could need and a very good shower and super comfy bed. We will be back again in the Autumn as it feels like a home from home in Mallorca for us.

Good hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had a great week staying at the Zafiro Tropic, especially as we got a great deal on the price . The hotel is well located , not too far from the beach and port area.
We stayed in a penthouse room with a hot tub on the roof terrace . Room was clean and a great size with all the necessary facilities. Despite being out of season we used the outdoor area and hot tub everyday.
The main pool area outdoors was in constant use by training groups and the hotel appears to be a base for athletes and many cyclists.
We didn’t use the hotel bar or restaurant so cannot comment on them.
There are lots of areas and activities for children but as it’s March few were open or in use. There is also a supermarket on site.
Overall we had a great stay in this hotel and I would recommend it.
