Great location and comfortable room
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on a popular street with lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the train station. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was a lovely bonus.

Me faltó una cafetera en el apartamento, pero tienen una máquina grande en el vestíbulo donde puedes elegir todo tipo de cafe e infusiones gratis..

Convenient for a short break, good central location.
Pros:

The location was very central, on a key road with lots of shops and restaurants.
The bed was large, kitchenette was handy and the room was spacious.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were able to leave our luggage on our final day after checking out.
Even though we didn't choose to have the breakfast included we were able to use the tea/coffee facilities and there was a nice seating area we could use.

Cons:

It was too hot overnight, I couldn't make the room cooler. The aircon didn't seem to do a lot and there was too much noise with the window open, in fairness I didn't report this (so I don't know if they could have resolved it) as my friends in other rooms all had the same issue.
My booking said I had a garden view, but I had the main road outside which was very noisy even with the window closed.
The sheets on the bed had a slightly plastic feel about them, which meant it added to the heat we felt whilst sleeping.
I paid for two rooms, a Deluxe Studio and a Double Studio, there was very little difference to make it deluxe, so don't bother choosing that option.

Lovely place to stay for a city break
Pros:

Location: we were given a room in the building further away from the main street entrance building, which was very quiet. Nice courtyard to sit, between the two buildings. The Citadines is situated in a good location between the train station and the city centre and very near a metro station. The location is very good for city walking.
Studio: room was a comfortable size for 2 - kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, crockery and cutlery
Table and chairs.
Bed was comfortable.
Apartment felt very calm.

Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate available at all times from the breakfast area.

Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Toilet and bathroom separate, at opposite ends of apartment (just a curious arrangement of space)
Shower screen by bath to stop water splash was minimal.

Pros:

Nos alojamos en un pequeño estudio con cocina. Muy correcto y completo. No obstante, tiene todo lo necesario. En el alojamiento ofrecen café gratis y tiene un patio muy agradable de uso libre. La ubicación es perfecta. Tienes metro y estación de bicis de la red municipal (una opción estupenda para moverte por la ciudad si estás habituado a ello). Nos guardaron las maletas tanto el día de llegada como el de salida. Nos cambiaron una almohada que nos resultó incómoda.

Cons:

Quizás hay partes de la habitación, como el inodoro, que tiene su propio cubículo (también cómodo, por cierto), que es un poquito más viejo. Pero no es un problema.

Stay in Toulouse
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the apartment was basic but very well set up for self catering.

Cons:

The main bedroom had to be accessed via a tiny staircase from the main living area. The heat in the main bedroom was stiflingly hot at 30 °c at times and never really cooled down below 27°c. I was told at reception that the air conditioning was not available as it was not the summer season yet. I did get one fan which helped but it was too hot to sleep. The main bedroom is in full view of the living area which our son slept in so no privacy for him or us. There was a skylight over the main bedroom with no blinds so attached to the very hot temperatures and waking early as light can in as soon as the sun rises.

Excellent value near the nice part of town.
Pros:

Excellent value. Clean room, quiet enough, our room faced the interior courtyard. Located near nice part of town; on major street with a little dog-leg of a service road so parking for a few minutes to unload the car was easy. Les Halles' Victor Hugo parking lot had BIG spaces in comparison to most lots, it is a short block away. The nicest staff at desk, all of them were just terrific. Liked easy access to an extra towel or so.

Cons:

The heavy desk chairs resound through the floors when moved... you could hear them all over the place. Fortunately it did not happen often. Also, I listened to what I had read about the size of the parking garage, and when I went to go look at it it seemed not nearly as small as described by other visitors, we could have parked there. The homeless situation is not good all over Toulouse, it has nothing to do with the hotel, but the police seem to be more aware of it.

Zeker een plek om terug te keren bij een volgend bezoek Toulouse
Pros:

De ligging van het hôtel ten opzichte van het centrum. Toegankelijkheid en toch goed beveiligd. Ontspannen sfeer in het hotel.
