Very good -- would stay there again
Pros:

Great Location! Lovely staff -- all were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic as well.

Cons:

The rooms were a little hot, however the whole of Europe was hot at that time!

Séjour décevant, accueil peu professionnel.

L'emplacement, proche du centre ville et du transport public.

Cons:

Très déçu par mon séjour. La personne à la réception m'a d'abord attribué une chambre dont la fenêtre était au niveau des pieds, ce qui ne permettait absolument pas de profiter de la vue sur la ville. J'ai dû insister et perdre du temps avant qu'elle accepte finalement de me changer de chambre. De plus, elle a refusé de me remettre ma facture, en affirmant qu'elle me l'enverrait par e-mail quelques jours après mon check-out. Heureusement, son collègue présent le matin a pu me la remettre sur place. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de considération est regrettable.

Buena ubicación, desproporcionado el precio
Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno, personal. Es un hotel normal con un precio muy alto para ser justamente normal.

Cons:

La relación calidad precio principalmente ya que es un hotel que está bien pero no tiene nada de especial, uno esperaba habitaciones más grandes o más confort. Deberían avisar que antes de la entrada del garage del hotel que está en la calle de atrás hay otro garage donde uno se puede meter por error y quedar encerrado porque la puerta se le cierra atrás. El del hotel es el segundo y tiene un cartelito, pero cuando uno llega, le dicen que el garage es a la vuelta y se puede meter en el primero por error si justo está abierto, es un error facil de cometer.

Great hotel in the heat wavr
Pros:

Location to attractions and metro. Staff were helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. There was an unprecedented heat wave so the hotel was a respite. Free coffee and water all day was a bonus.
