Not a great experience
Pros:

The place is nice.

Cons:

My rooms view were terrible for $500 I have to stare at a humongous air conditioner unit that block anything else. I had 2 rooms and bothnot were the same.the rooms need updating the carpet is old. I asked for a shower instead of a bath tub since my husband is 80 years old and very difficult for a bathtub and was declined, the front desk clerks very dismissives.overall not friendly welcoming customer service. THE POOLS were nice but the water were freezing not wonder there was just a couple of people at the pools. When you add parking breakfast and dinner for 4 it was $900 which were not justified.

Room was very nice in west building. View good. Towels and sheets great. Blanket polyester which I am allergic to

Cons:

Prices on foods way too high. No microwave in our room I assume to discourage buying food other places. Refrigerator very small probably for same reason

Omni Orlando Championsgate
Pros:

Donald was fantastic! From the moment he started serving us, he was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He anticipated what we needed, checked on us without being intrusive, and brought a level of warmth and hospitality that really stood out.

Great service can make a good experience memorable, and Donald absolutely did that for us. The Omni is fortunate to have someone like him on the team. Outstanding job, Donald!

Excellent resort for both business and pleasure
Pros:

This resort is beautiful. It is family-friendly and business-friendly. The location and layout are ideal. Everything is clean and well cared for. I thought the conference deal we were given for a three-night stay plus parking was fantastic, and greatly appreciated, as we are all on tight budgets these days.

Excellent experience relaxing in central FL
Pros:

We stayed here to unwind after a week of disney. It was a gret 2 days by the pool just relaxing and enjoying doing nothing. The kids love the pools. We got a cabana and it was so nice. They had a DJ by the pool which was really fun. The service team was awesome and the food and drinks by the pool were awesome. Great prices with the kids eat free promo!

Pool, amenities, and service were PERFECT!
Pros:

Overall great experience, we did a staycation here for the pool and amenities. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and arcade. We enjoyed the hotel room and service. There was an issue during the stay and it was handled promptly, I appreciate Diamond at the front desk for being extremely attentive and really turned our experience around. Would love to go back and visit.
