Prices on foods way too high. No microwave in our room I assume to discourage buying food other places. Refrigerator very small probably for same reason

Donald was fantastic! From the moment he started serving us, he was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He anticipated what we needed, checked on us without being intrusive, and brought a level of warmth and hospitality that really stood out.
Great service can make a good experience memorable, and Donald absolutely did that for us. The Omni is fortunate to have someone like him on the team. Outstanding job, Donald!
This resort is beautiful. It is family-friendly and business-friendly. The location and layout are ideal. Everything is clean and well cared for. I thought the conference deal we were given for a three-night stay plus parking was fantastic, and greatly appreciated, as we are all on tight budgets these days.

We stayed here to unwind after a week of disney. It was a gret 2 days by the pool just relaxing and enjoying doing nothing. The kids love the pools. We got a cabana and it was so nice. They had a DJ by the pool which was really fun. The service team was awesome and the food and drinks by the pool were awesome. Great prices with the kids eat free promo!
We just had breakfast at Trevi's and Alex Itrevis (our server) and Luckner (Omelette man) were fantastic! Great service and delicious food. 10/10
Overall great experience, we did a staycation here for the pool and amenities. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and arcade. We enjoyed the hotel room and service. There was an issue during the stay and it was handled promptly, I appreciate Diamond at the front desk for being extremely attentive and really turned our experience around. Would love to go back and visit.

Weight staff especially the staff at Trevi’s they all went above and beyond food was exceptionally good Pollo con Panna , Crispy Eggplant, Margarita pizza , and the fig prosciutto pizza. Guess I can’t lie all the food we had there was exceptional, desserts, or to die for. our waitress Doryann
Our family arrived early and the front desk assigned a room earlier than expected. It was very generous. Our children received warm greetings and an Omni swag bag. These gestures really go a long way to help make our children feel seen and welcomed. Whatever you are doing to help hire and train your staff, please continue. Everyone who we encountered- from the bellmen, front desk, room service, pool towel hut employees, Omni Kids staff, and maintenance workers, all of them went above and beyond and had a warm smile on their faces. We will continue to stay here because of that.
We got upgraded to the Villas which was super private and quiet. My husband was playing in the golf tournament and it was super convenient for him.
