Nice rooms, but not many places to park. Food not refilled once out in the morning for breakfast.

Worth it, would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel offered breakfast which they had a great selection, they also offered shuttle ride from airport and to the cruise port, this was extremely helpful. Staff was friendly, Jamie was especially accommodating, he ensured we had a ride to the airport. Location was convenient, stores within walking distance. The beds were softer than expected.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was a little dark but not a big issue.

This is a safety and cleanliness hazard. I would not stay here again.
Cons:

The shuttle service is terrible. We waited at the airport for over two hours for shuttle service and when the shuttle arrived, folks that were NOT waiting were allowed to board before us. We waited again for another shuttle that made sure we were the group that had called so that improved until we actually started moving in the shuttle. The door to the shuttle was held on by a bungee cord and when the shuttle accessed the highway, the door opened up. I had three small children sitting near the door. I was terrified that they would fall out of the shuttle and get sucked onto the highway. We had two rooms and had a good experience with one room. The other; there was mold spores in the water container of the coffee pot. The door to the room had about an inch gap underneath that allowed noise and insects into the room. The breakfast was decent but there was no coffee and based on the in room coffee experience, we just went without. Following our night stay, we boarded the same shuttle but wisely chose to sit in the absolute back of the shuttle nowhere near the broken door that again, opened up on the highway. The shuttle was experiencing massive mechanical issues and had to go into limp mode 4 times while en route.

Had what we needed for quick and last minute but lacked in a lot of other ways

Close to airport

Cons:

Staff in 3 days didn’t clean the room besides the last night they cleaned one bed but not the other. Took our soap but didn’t replace it as well as there was rust all over the lampshades. It had what we needed for the short and last minute stay but overall the facility was lacking in a lot of ways.

Free transportation and breakfast

Cons:

Furniture out dated . Musty smell and the chain on door was broke . I didn't feel safe. Too far from the pier,45 minutes and only offered transportation to pier at one time 12:30... It is a motel

My stay at the hotel was a satisfactorily spent. It could have been better

I hated the breakfast arrangements. No variation - every morning eggs

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the toilet bowl was not bolted to the ground; hence, there was always a loud creaking sound when you sat on it and got up.
