Pros:

La localisation, le confort et l'équipement de la chambre ( frigo ,micro ondes canapé, enorme lit)

Cons:

A notre arrivée le monsieur à l accueil n était pas très sympathique nous avions l'impression de le déranger. Nous ne parlons pas très bien anglais et il parlait très vite et avec un accent espagnol. Je lui ai demandé de parler moins vite ,il a répété mais je n'ai pas eu l impression qu il parlait moins vite. Le reste du personnel que nous avons croisé était sympathique.

Muito limpo, camas confortáveis, tem frigobar e microondas, tv bem grande e box de vidro para tomar banho! Adorei tudo

Cons:

O microondas não estava limpo por dentro. Alguém fez uma sopa e deixou tudo sujo. A equipe de limpeza não limpou para disponibilizar para a próxima estadia

Everything inside of the room was new!

Cons:

We requested and were confirmed to get a baby crib and we didn't get it. It is dangerous to keep a baby without a crib. All our stuff (us included:) ) smells like mold even after a few days and after washing the clothes...

Nice rooms, but not many places to park. Food not refilled once out in the morning for breakfast.

Worth it, would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel offered breakfast which they had a great selection, they also offered shuttle ride from airport and to the cruise port, this was extremely helpful. Staff was friendly, Jamie was especially accommodating, he ensured we had a ride to the airport. Location was convenient, stores within walking distance. The beds were softer than expected.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was a little dark but not a big issue.
