Thermostat in the room was not working room was cold
Breakfast was not great. Went to get some and the trays were empty. Staff were making more had to wait 20 minutes. Staff didn’t seem concerned. Also questioned was I already there for breakfast before I showed my card. With room number

I didn't have the breakfast.
The Wi-Fi is very slow and at times could not connect at all. Also, I tried using my Firestick to watch Netflix and Amazon prime, but the TV was asking to put in the password for the hotel but could not put the password in therefore I couldn't connect to the firestick.

Quiet and walkable to several restaurants. Staff was polite, courteous, and professional.
They recently changed their hot breakfast meal from a menu, which was excellent to a continental breakfast. That is very poor. Very disappointing it is what separated them from other places to stay in Fort Nelson.
