La atención exquisita
Algunos muebles estaban un poco cascados
Location near the bridge and outside busy areas. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and courteous.
The rooms were tired looking. Wood finishes were marked/damaged. When I told the front desk that our wardrobe door was broken and we weren't able to hang our clothes or access the safe they said they would send a maintenance man to fix it. 24 hours.later Noone had come to fix it. Some of the tiles around the pool were loose and caused me to trip on the pool deck.
Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers, goed schoon en hygiënisch. Uitgebreid, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet met voor ieder wat wils. Binnen- en buitenzwembaden, fitness en spa. Tram/busstation op 5 minuten loopafstand. Aanrader LX factory ook op 10 minuutjes lopen van het hotel.

Per la colazione ho trovato una vasta scelta di prodotti, dal dolce al salato.
Per me che non faccio mai colazione, è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

A piscina do rooftop estava fechada, em manutenção. No dia da minha chegada a janela do meu quarto não fechava mas mudaram-me de quarto rapidamente, sem qualquer problema.
No geral uma experiência agradável.
Personál byl velice ochotný, vyšel nám několikrát vstříc - jednou jsme například potřebovali prohodit zaplacenou večeři s obědem - nebyl v tom problém. Taky bylo možné zapůjčit si na pokoj kávovar. V hotelu jsou tři místa, kde je bazén - na střeše jsou dva, ve spodním patře, kde je restaurace jeden, a pak jeden uvnitř (tam jsme nebyli)
Perefrovali jsme večeře formou bufetu.
Excelente localização para o que pretendíamos. Hotel muito bonito e muito limpo. Gostámos particularmente da calorosa receção que tivemos por ser a primeira vez.
O hotel possui duas piscinas que, apesar de não serem muito grandes, são limpas e fazem toda a diferença. Não tivemos possibilidade de usufruir das piscinas, mas certamente iremos voltar para darmos a avaliação completa.
