A nossa estadia foi, no geral, muito boa. O hotel oferece ótimas condições e um ambiente bastante agradável.

No entanto, tivemos um imprevisto que, por momentos, ameaçou comprometer a nossa experiência. Felizmente, a situação foi prontamente resolvida graças ao enorme profissionalismo, atenção e sentido humano demonstrados pela equipa da receção e pelo diretor do hotel.

A forma como lidaram com o problema fez toda a diferença e permitiu que a nossa estadia se tornasse extremamente agradável.

Sem dúvida, pretendemos voltar e continuar a escolher os hotéis do grupo Vila Galé no futuro.

Semana Santa en familia.
Cons:

La ubicación debajo del puente es insoportable el ruido y la ventana no cerraba bien, por no mencionar que no cuenta con insonorizado. El persona bastante antipático, los cristales muy sucios y la cama supletoria muy incomoda. Realmente es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece y el trato que se recibe.

Quarto super quente, ar condicionado antigo que nem funcionava direito ainda aquecia mais o quarto, parecia uma estufa, mesmo com a janela fechada imenso barulho que se ouve de fora, não deu para descansar nada nas duas noites que lá estive, ainda sai mais cansado e desgastado

Not worth the money and Do not book if you’re disabled

We stayed at this hotel because it was recommended due to its proximity to the convention centre and we were in Lisbon for a conference. We requested a wheelchair accessible room because my husband is disabled. He doesn’t use a wheelchair but he uses a walker. He has a muscle wasting disease so is very weak on his feet. The bathroom has an open shower with a partial glass wall so the bathroom gets soaked when you shower. It is all tile so it becomes treacherously slippery. There are no grab bars and when my husband grabbed the glass partition to steady himself, it moved! It’s not fixed in place.
There is very poor light in the room, no Kleenex tissues supplied, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, trains go by frequently and are right next to the hotel. Our room got made up so late some days that we just asked for clean towels and told them not to bother.
The ventilation ac/heating unit was working very poorly and the bathroom fan wasn’t working at all and so the room became extremely damp and humid. Despite our reporting the ventilation issues and them determining the bathroom fan was indeed not working, nothing was done. Because the ac/heating unit was technically “working”, they didn’t even care about that.
So we spent a week in a dangerous (for my hubby), damp, noisy, uncomfortably room which was not inexpensive.
Skip this place. You can do way better for the money.
2 stars given because the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet was good.
