Our stay started on a very positive note. The reception staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and we immediately felt well looked after.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
We also received delicious cake and a bottle of wine for my and my friend’s birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were also some disappointing experiences. When we changed rooms, I accidentally left several electronic items in a drawer in our previous room, including a charger, a power bank, and a portable balance board. As soon as I realized, I asked the reception whether housekeeping had found and handed them in. The staff checked immediately, but unfortunately nothing had been found. By then, the room had already been assigned to new guests. Despite asking several more times during our stay, my belongings were never recovered. The hotel manager kindly offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated, but of course this did not replace my lost items.
On our last day, we booked two massages. My girlfriend was very happy with her treatment, but unfortunately my experience was quite different. The therapist was very kind and polite, but she seemed extremely nervous and unsure of herself. During the massage, she explained that she was new to this type of work and still could not remember all the techniques. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially because I had completed a health questionnaire the day before, which, as it turned out, she had never even seen. She apologized to me several times throughout the treatment, and I genuinely felt sorry for her. However, I shared my experience with the hotel manager because I believe this is something that should be addressed internally rather than placing a new employee in such a difficult situation. The manager handled my feedback professionally and kindly waived the charge for my massage, which I appreciated.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly wanted us to have a pleasant experience. However, between losing my personal belongings and the disappointing spa treatment, our holiday became much more stressful than relaxing. It is therefore difficult for me to say whether I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Muy ruidoso el exterior por el puente y su tráfico
la habitación era cómoda y el desayuno muy bueno, la situación en un buen barrio alejado del centro y su bullicio, pero con sitios para comer muy cerca, a nosotros nos fue perfecto.
no puede haber en un buffet de desayuno una tostadora de 2 tostadas, si esa es la solución pon 4 tostadoras que cuestan 15€, pero bueno, lo cierto es que no mucha gente tomaba tostadas y apenas tuvimos que hacer cola.

Precisa de forte renovação, os quartos são limpos mas o uso e desgaste não dão para esconder, a mobília dos quartos é antiga, o ac faz imenso barulho, a banheira e chuveiro devem ser substituídos, os armários estão para cair; o isolamento dos quartos não é bom, ouvíamos o quarto ao lado e estando no andar por baixo do rooftop às 8 da manhã de um sábado acordamos com batidas e coisas a arrastar; corredores com partes de madeira solta. Muito má qualidade/preço
