Pros:

The beds were super comfy and the room was modern with USB plugs, a mini fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Our bathroom appeared clean until we got in the shower and found several hairs on the walls. There was no supervision in the pool areas and kids definitely old enough to know better we're stand and climb up the water slide while you get kids we're going down it. I had to yell at them 3 times before they quit. Why was no one checking the security cameras and enforcing the safety rules? You're lucky I was there or there could have been a serious injury!

We liked the slides and pools just wish they were warmer. Staff was friendly!

Cons:

The bugs in the pool and the pools were cold! Bed could have been more comfortable. The chlorine was horrible! It left chlorine residue on suits and life jacket.

The location to attractions was great, and the facility was nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a leak somewhere upstairs. Every morning, we had a lot of water on our bathroom floor coming in from the light/fan, They told us it was from the shower above. We assumed the problem was resolved, but it wasn't.

Great place to rest your head or play
Pros:

Our children love the indoor and outdoor pool. A small slide basketball hoop and a toddler area. plenty of room for the entire family!

Cons:

Their breakfast has a pancake machine that needs fixed a lot but it does make fresh wonderful pancakes that my entire family loves!

Enjoyed the dove products that were provided, clean room and comfortable, gym was nice

Dirty, loud, dead mouse smell, dirty linens with old bandaid on it, terrible breakfast, everything was outdated and should of been replaced. Spent entirely too much money on a place like this.
