Perfect Family Vacation spot
Pros:

The overall Experience was great.
Inside and outside pool. Breakfast was exceptional, room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Location was perfect for the Dells Downtown.

Very fun pool area and great breakfast. Comfortable beds and good location.

Cons:

The elevator was down when checking in and checking out. The icemaker on our floor was also not working.

Cons:

Lift chairs by pool were complete rusted, paint chipping off of slide in kiddie pool with paint chips in pool. Hotel need a lot of updates.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast and coffee was delicious with a wide varity of options. We did have an issue with the shower chair for my husband but they were quick to help and offer support.

Cons:

We asked for an accessible room but had to walk the entire length of the 2nd floor to get to the elevator. If a walk in shower is unavailable they need a stable shower chair. My husband fell in the tub because the chair fell off the track of the tub.

Would come back for price and kids indoor pool
Pros:

It was good for price and having children !!! Bathroom needs work in room.... Beds were comfy. Bonus fridge and microwave in room. Excellent breakfast! Pools were nice for kids . Could use a good clean though but they were good. Outdoor pool was COLD. Indoor was warm. Free breakfast was very very good.

We went during Harley fest ... Wohhhh that was not good. Bikes by our window revving up late into the night. Check for events before you go haha 😆

Great stay, especially with a young kiddo
Pros:

A great place to stay with young children who may be interested but scared about Waterparks. This hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool and children’s area. Each pool had a small water slide just perfect for young kids to try and feel comfortable with. Every morning breakfast was served in the common area. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms were clean and spacious, with soft bedding and crisp sheets. The bathroom had soap and lotion, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Another perk was the mini fridge and microwave. It’s nice to have a place for cool beverages after a hot day, and a way to warm up leftovers from the restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
