A great place to stay.
Mattresses could be a little more softer.
Pools were nice. Bed was cofortable. Good lication
Toilet overflow. Maintenance left us a plunger. After continued calls maintenance came to fix.He overflowed the toilet by flushing. Cleaned up with towels but left area unclean.
The breakfast was great! The pools were awesome! Really close to everything fun. Unlimited coffee and the coffee was actually good! The staff was nice and even allowed us to check in early as we drove from far and got there earlier! Super pleasant! And all around good atmosphere of people
The bathtub would not fill up no matter what we tried with the button push. the room lighting is a weird layout.
Breakfast was well stocked and hot. The staff kept up on filling things quickly as they emptied and had a lot of choices. The coffee was AMAZING! The pool was fun and the kids loved it. Towels were easy to find most of the time.
The chlorine level in the hot tub was so high it was burning peoples eyes. Not sure if pool area was ever mopped during our stay as we saw same hair collections amongst the chairs for several days in a row. Our room was VERY humid and the A/C didn't work, they did replace the unit but it also struggled to keep up.
I loved both in and outdoor pools and the breakfast was very good
Our room was alittle far from the pools and the lobby
The location
Not clean the room smell very bad
We had a roach in our room and only 1 elevator for staff and guest to use.
Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and the air conditioner kept the room cool. Our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools/play area. The breakfast was good for hotel food and the staff were friendly. I would stay again in the future!
The pools and slides
Good breakfast

ROOMS:
The facility doesn't seem very old, but it's not in great shape. When we'd try to turn the faucet to make the shower warmer or colder, it's so worn down that it would basically stick and only move in large movements, so it would get scalding hot or freezing. The tub drained crazy slow, so pretty sure the drain has not been snake'd for years. Our bedding was ripped in two places (a hole in the sheets of one bed, the other torn on the edges). The bath mat we were given was dirty/had dirt on the edges. That was gross. We had two double beds/4 guests in our room and they gave us 3 towels, which makes no sense to me. They know how many guests will be in each room. You shouldn't have to ask for each guest to get a towel. One of the days, we literally couldn't walk through the halls because the housekeeping carts were blocking our way. We had to maneuver our bags around them. The walls/floors were paper thin, so we got to listen to loud thudding above us until 11PM. It was just one thing after another. The pros I can think of: it's nice having a mini fridge and microwave. They had a lot of counter space to set items. They have 2 levels of blinds (one are sheers and the other blackout).
HOTEL:
The elevator is the slowest one I've ever experienced. The ice machine by us was out of ice and never got refilled by the time we left. Whatever you do, do not drive up the hill to the front entrance. We got stuck behind 2 cars that blocked the way so you couldn't go straight. We had to wait a solid 5 minutes before we could reverse and back up down the hill to get out. Not a great design as it's not wide enough to let people pass when people decide to block the way. The breakfast was just OK. They ran out of forks one of the mornings. A lot of the warm food was cold. It gets crazy busy, so it can be hard to find a table. They have a flyer posted in the elevator telling people what times to avoid. The pros I can think of: nice front desk staff.
POOL:
We booked this hotel specifically for the pools as we have young children that love to swim. The pools themselves are nice for the most part. The shallow kid pool was kind of dirty, but my kids still really liked it. The other indoor pool was nice, as was the outdoor. The problem... There is no hotel staff monitoring the area for safety. Both indoor and outdoor slides are relatively flat. There was a group of 4-6 older kids who would climb up the slides, they would park themselves on the slide and not move, they would hang on the slide and block the path for others, etc... Just really unsafe behavior and a huge liability for the hotel. My toddler nephew was about taken out by one of them because they wouldn't move. My daughter and niece (also younger kids) would try to go down the slide, but the older kids would block the slide and not let them through. They would start climbing up while other kids were coming down. A few of them yelled at my 4 yr old niece for not moving fast enough going up the stairs. The parents were nowhere to be found. Our group was genuinely afraid that our younger kids were going to get hurt. We did try talking to the older kids, but they were pretty disrespectful and did not listen. We asked the front desk for help and they said all they can do is pop in and basically scold them (which they did). But the second they left, the kids were back to doing it again. So for parents with younger kids especially, just something to be aware of. Hopefully others don't have the same experience we did, but I think it's important to know that there is no hotel oversight of that area whatsoever and it's basically the Wild West. Good luck!
Overall, we were pretty disappointed and would not stay here again.
Just break fast!
As I request for the 3rd floor- due to my son's sensitive noise..easy to wake up,.not even transferring my request. Or message,.not show up on the computer at front desk.Ended up were at 2nd floor.
Friday at 10:26pm- Call the frontdesk-let her know the top room (3rd floor) still making a noise, keep stamped or running around.
Saturday- toilet clug, they give e me pluger- I have to plunger it., then I asked to someone plunger the toilet because I am not strong enough it still slow the water go down and leak- needs to clean up, and replace the towel and garbage(taken out)..No one do it- I have to request to bring the towels..
