Not much to complain about, but the orange pool slide seemed to be a bit unsafe as it teeters up top like it’s floating above the wooden platform.

Cons:

Called many times to make sure about the pool and hot tub being open and called at dinner and rushed to finish after 10 hours drive and told it was open till 11 got to hotel around 9:55 changed and went down at 10:10 and was closed.

Needs maintenance to meet safety standards
Pros:

The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, and all of the staff were nice.

Cons:

However, the property needs some major cleaning and maintenance, especially in the water park, which had excessive rust and flaking paint. Our toddler scooped up flaked paint from the kiddie slide in the toddler pool - a major health and safety concern.

In the main part of the hotel, the carpets were dirty enough that we wanted slippers - but none were provided.
